One of my existing batteries had a relatively short life prior to needing a recharge. The new battery after charging has a longer life, thus less of a hassle regarding frequent battery changes.

The battery was just what I needed. I only needed the battery, not another charger. Packaging the battery and charger as a bundle unnecessarily increased my purchase amount.

We needed and additional battery it is a bit cheaper than the solar panel and it lasts around 3months so it is not a problem for me to exchange when needed. Next time I will solar panels to see how it works.

The battery works as expected. Good so you don’t have to charge & be without surveillance. I gave it 1 less star because it you still don’t have means of charging it without the charging station or camera.

I didn’t realize you can’t simply charge the battery with the cable. Instead, you have to also purchase the charger which is sold separately. Unless you put the battery in the camera and then plug the camera into the cable to charge it but then you have to take the camera down to charge it so what’s the point. You really need to have a charged battery already which requires the battery and the charger ( both sold separately) so you can simply insert the fresh battery into the camera without taking it down and then charging the depleted battery. There is no package deal to buy both at a discount :(

I have 5 cameras and the batteries usually last for a couple of months before I need to charge one. When time is not on my side I can grab my spare and I'm back up and running until I can recharge again. Arlo quality and it's great to have a spare!

It is great that under normal use these rechargeable batteries last up to 3 months, but i would also suggest the manufacturer come out with a drop in replacement pack for the basics using the 123 lithiums as well.

If you have some Arlo cameras you need to have a couple of additional batteries charged up and ready for when the battery in the camera is running low -- much easier than trying to charge the battery in the camer - which is the standard design

I purchased the spare battery to be a back up and this fit the bill.

Rechargeable Lithium-ion battery works for the Arlo Pro security cameras. Works well in camera and can be charged with the optional solar panel that I have on several of my cameras

I bought this as a backup. Much to my surprise the batteries have a long life (going on 2 months and still going). It's always good to have an extra backup but be prepared as the battery can go for months before needing to be recharged.

So happy to have purchased a trustworthy product at a Great Price!

I needed a spare battery ready to go when one of my ARLO pro cameras needs battery charge. It is quick and simple to replace the battery rather than having to take the camera down to recharge.

Extra batteries is a good idea always, arlo systems works great and batteries is the main part of your systems. A couple of extra batteries always fully charged is an smart idea to have the best of your system.

Keeping my security cameras working with quality batteries is important. This battery works exactly as described by Arlo, and it holds a charge for a reasonable amount of time depending on your settings.

Does exactly what I expected. No downtime anymore. Great product.

Had heard about this from a friend, but have not installed yet.

I bought this battery as an extra to have for when another runs low and it can just be replaced in the camera without the camera going off line while having to charge its current battery. Well worth having an extra battery around.

If you own an Arlo Pro, this is a must have. It's always good to have a spare battery always charged and ready to go in case it's needed. Like the old saying, "It is better to have and not need, than it is to need and not have!"

I have multiple cameras that run just on battery power. It’s very convenient to have a couple batteries charged and ready to swap out instead of take ing the camera out of service to charge one battery.
