Online Ordering

When I opened the envelope and took the card containing the battery out, the battery literally fell out of the packaging because it had already been opened. The instruction leaflet on the back had also been opened and neither had any attempt to seal with tape. The battery looks and feels a bit bloated, not a good sign. Pretty abysmal service for a store such as Best Buy. Will be returning it to a store this morning and will see what the outcome will be, if satisfactory, I will re-evaluate my review.
