This game turned out to be a lot better than I thought. The story is engaging and the controls are easy to learn.

Highly enjoyable game that's fun to play. The only downside is the loading times but they are getting better with the updates.

Its a fun but rather easy game. Even bosses get beat in 1 or 2 trys...but concept is fun and playstyle is well executed!

I wasn't expecting much from the game but it was really good and also the price was just perfect with my gamers club card.

This is a good game for the very young and old. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because the reloading time is vey slow.

ReCore starts out strong, building its gameplay suite piece by solid piece. Combat, traversal, and exploration are all handled well individually and balanced nicely against one another.

This game has some fun ideas, but felt a little unfinished. They are releasing a huge new update that should fix these problems. Plus the Xbox One X update will be coming soon as well.

Not a full price game so it's definitely worth the price tag. Really fun for anyone who enjoys platformers.

Official reviews aren't doing this game justice, but for it not being a 60$ game, and with BB gamer's club I think it is worth picking up. It has its bugs and glitches and definitely could have used more time for polish but it has solid combat and platforming. Worth a rent at least to try out.

A really fun game. The only take away was slow load times. Fortunately, they have been recently fixed.

It reminds me of the opening scene of star Wars the force awakens. Great game slow load times though. Open world is nice hopefully they add more hidden treasure or enemies or hidden caves later on so it seems worth having a big board to run around on.

Record is a fun game that has smart puzzle and platforming but repetitive combat. Coming from the creator of metroid prime, it offers a similar open world map that you will need to unlock abilities and return to complete, but in a desert landscape with nothing special to see it can be dull having to travel from point a to b and back again.

Since the reveal of the game, Recore was one my most anticipaded games on Xbox One. The game had a lot of bugs and glitches in the launch week, however, several patches fixed most of its problems. In terms of gameplay, the game has a lot of good platforming, frantic combat, and rewarding exploration. Also, the music is sublime, and the characters are very nice. Overall, despite its flaws, I really enjoyed the game.

This is a criminally underrated game which plays like a modern day Mega-Man. As an Xbox exclusive title this game didn't set sell records ablaze, nor did it garner the hype that it deserved but it is a competent, fun game for the whole family. The worlds are mostly wide-open spaces with plenty of platforming. There's nothing else like it on Xbox. You'll be doing yourself a disservice if you pass this one up.

If Legend of Zelda and Metroid Prime had a baby, this would be that game haha. It's a semi-open world experience in a robo-futiristic setting. Gameplay is solid. Story is ok, but well laid out. Otherwise a spot on game especially for the price.
