After the long wait Red Dead 2 has arrived.It's everything we've been waiting for and more with beautiful scenery and a remarkable story. I could pick at the very slow pacing(not you run through the game at will type of outing) but a worthwhile play through none the less. If you own a 4k tv and have the PlayStation pro or Xbox X( looks the best on this console) you're in for a treat graphics wise,though I've been hearing stories it's not true HDR. Overall a must buy.

One of the great games I’ve ever played. I’m hours into it and I feel like I’ve barely scratched the surface. The game looks amazing on the Xbox one x. The story is intriguing and it’s such an immersive experience.

RDR2 is groundbreaking on all levels. Engrossing story, gorgeous visuals, fantastic voice acting. This game feels alive. The cities and countryside within the game feels like a living, breathing world.

I'm really enjoying RDR2. It's slow, deliberate, gorgeous and though not without it's flaws, such an undertaking that has me hooked. I automatically assumed I wouldn't care for the small things like hunting and fishing but I've spent more time doing that than anything and I like it. The story is well written, acted and is engaging. The immersion is what I personally wanted. I think people should have the correct expectations when it comes to pace of play - it isn't GTA with horses. It's slower, more methodical and makes open space and vast locales interesting even when empty. I'm personally having a blast and liking the slower less frenetic nature of things in it.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is not an action game. It's slow and can feel like it drags on for those that just want to shoot things. But it's incredibly cinematic and is one of the best looking games ever made. If you're the type of person that loves to immerse yourself in a world or loves watching cutscenes after a mission, or even just likes to explore a huge map that feels alive to just discover things, you will almost certainly like this game. Highly recommend for anyone without a short attention span.

This game looks fantastic! My teens love the free roaming capability and the story seems engrossing enough that my wife gets sucked into watching!

Rockstar games have done it again. This game is an absolute masterpiece. Story, gameplay, graphics, sound all top notch.

ROCKSTAR. Enough said...but really. Video games are so immersive these days, and RDRII is at the top of the list. I'm sure you have heard that the install requires a pretty massive download - so be sure you have time and a decent connection to make it happen. If you are a serious gamer you know not to expect to play games immediately when you open them these days! The game itself is quite entertaining: an enveloping story and of course, it looks amazing!

A must buy for just about any mature gamer. Rockstar also makes Grand Theft Auto and despite being a target for anti-video game people, they make amazing games that take you into the most fully realized worlds in the industry. You get a lot of play for your money and that's not even including the ability to play online with other people (which could require an online subscription).

RDR 2 is Simply Amazing!!! This game gets a 5 star rating for hitting all triggers when it comes to Top Notch Gaming!!! The story line is outright mind blowing speaking to the harsh realities of the wild west and frontier living of time past!!! The game play and graphics are state of the art with environmentally effects that will set the standard going forward!!! This game is crazy good!! WOW factor of a perfect 10!!!!! :)

Although so far I do like Red Dead Redemption better, this definitely creates a great sequel that anyone whether they have played the first RDR or have not should be able to dive right into and really have a great time with it. it is not often that such a good game comes along. I would put it on par with some of the better Fallouts that I have played or I guess equivalent to GTA 5- but in a more Westworld -esque environment.

This game is packed with things to do, looks great, runs great. Two discs, two for installation and one that you use to play. It's a fantastic game and plays a lot like GTA in the Wild West. Beautiful, fun, and crazy. The characters cutscene phrases and stuff don't always line up with the way I'm trying to play making it harder to commit to a certain character play style but it's a pretty minor issue for me.

It’s hard to beat the first RDR, but Rockstar gave it a shot, and the results are an amazing open living world that functions without you. While it falls short of the first RDR it’s not by much. So much to do in game it sometimes feels like the main story is second hand to the other activities. Controls are a little clunky, but make for some funny/ frustrating moments.

This game delivers. Beautiful open world, interesting characters, incredible attention to detail, and looks great in 4k. If your looking for something to sink some time into and be absorbed into the wild west then this is it. Rockstar studios does it again, and this game has the same magic that GTAV and the original Red Dead had. Awesome game!

The long-awaited sequel to Red, Dead Redemption is the most visually stunning game I've ever played. You feel like you're watching a movie, not playing a game (until, you know, you have to shoot at some bad guys). And if violence or hunting animals (the "skinning" scenes are quite graphic) doesn't appeal, you can play poker or dominoes or just go fishing (and, yes, you can throw the fish back). Rockstar Games has created a vibrant world with just about any kind of earthly terrain or weather conditions you can imagine. Even after playing the game for MANY hours thus far, I can still be surprised...like when an alligator took out a gunman that was trying to kill me in a swamp. Or when I was besieged in the dark (in the same swamp) by some weird voodoo men painted like skeletons. And so on. If you're a fan of westerns or shooter games or, um, hunting and mutilating animals, then Red, Dead Redemption 2 is for you.

This game is stunning. It can be a little slow for some with story progression. I like the story, but some of the side quest can be a little boring depending on the missions. Controls do take time to learn and the ingame tutoring is lacking. But if you have the patience of learning all the controller commands, you'll enjoy the game.

Wow! Where to begin? From the moment you start RDR2, you can see and feel the effort put into making this amazing game. There is so much attention to detail in just about everything you can imagine. From the movement of your character, your horse and the entire environment around you. I have spent countless hours already, just wandering around to see what trouble I can get myself into. The game is pretty challenging and if you decide to break the law, prepare to constantly look over your shoulder for bounty hunters looking to take you out. There is so much to do in this game and I haven't even scratched the surface of all of the side missions and character exploration available in this game. If you like game like The Witcher, Grand Theft Auto and Fall Out, you will find yourself at home here. Even if you haven't played the original Red Dead. In fact, since this game is a prequel to the original, it almost makes sense to play this first and go back and finish the original or play it again. Tons of fun to be had here. I can't even imagine what this game looks like on 4k as I am playing on a 1080p Plasma. Pick it up. You will not be disappointed!!

This game is huge. HUGE. So much to do and the graphics are amazing. I never really liked the western genre but this game had me watching old western movies just to see the similarities...it's a real testament to how good this game is. The only negative is that the controls dont feel natural but you'll adjust. Its a definite buy!
