"Tech Byrons", knowledge of My issue was finally resolved. I had 7 different techs and repair techs trying to correct My issue with the sound bar and TV corresponding with each other. The 7 previous techs only reset the system and never took the time to diagnose My issue. It,s nice to know that there is some people that still care.

George was quick and thorough when he installed my new amplifier for my home sound system. He also was very patient with questions that I had. I would rate him a '10'!!

Adam and Eder went above and beyond expectations. We were having problems with our Bose soundbar and theater system. Thanks to Adam and Eder they recalibrated and did a firmware update

Cole was actually beyond excellent and so was the agent who was with him who unfortunately I have forgotten his name. They both did what other Geek squad agents could not. I will ask for cole to be sent again if ever needed.

Richard and his assistant swapped out my new LG G3 83" TV for a new one without the glitch the prior one had. He updated all the programs on the new 83" G3 and did the same on 3 other new TVs.

Great service again from the Geek Squad again. They came and on time and fixed our titling TV mount quickly and cleanly.

The 2 agents that came to install my DVD player and re-install my DVD/VHS player in my bedroom were great.

Agents mounted my tv and speakers. Took them about a hour more or less. They were professional and assured all worked before leaving. Looks perfect!

This Geek was better than the last one. However, some of the background hiss has returned. As for the TV sound problem, he suggested I buy a newer receiver, since mine was not made to handle streaming like Netflix.

The agent not only mounted my Ring doorbell also fixed the issue I was having. Leon was very knowledgeable and helped fix my issue going on for a while

Fixed the sound issue we had with the sound bar. Luckily the problem happened when they were here and able to fully understand what the problem was. We had them out previously but it issue didn't happen then.

I like the Sonos system. It has a sleek and sharp image along with theater sound.

The Geek Squad is great. It would have been better if the sales team had advised to purchase an amplified digital antenna from the onset so the Geek Squad wouldn't have had to make multiple visits.

The agents came to my house like 3 times ,before everything was connected the right way ,but everything is connected right now ..so i gave 4 stars
