Fast and good. Even when printing in color it is fast. And Brother has the best/most affordable subscription plans. And you get 2 months free. It takes around 14-15 seconds to print a full-color page. It is faster with black and white

This is my first Brothers product, and using it for about a month, I feel that I have entered a higher level of Quality, than that which I was use to, with other brand of Printers.

Just started the program so only have the first cartridge but so far it works flawlessly and print’s excellent it has also lasted a lot longer than the cheap Amazon cartridges I have used in the last!

I think it's nice that Brother offers a free trial, but I am not one for subscriptions for consumables. This might be a great option for a small business or someone who generates a lot of output, but it's not for me

It was working and Id love to use the account but i lost my first password and have not been able to reset it. The printer works just fine without this subscription so i may cancel it.

After 4 months they started charging me money and I subscribed for the 2.99 subscription but they don't tell you that the subscription based ink does not work after you cancel the subscription. Kind of a mess

Brought a new printer. Out this Refresh subscription. Worthless as Black cartridges for impossible to find including direct for Brother. So a subscription that can't be supported by the origin for the product: worthless.
