    Water installer came but didn’t have waterline on his service truck, said I needed to go buy one and left. I haven’t heard from him since. The refrigerator itself is very nice and my salesman Jonny has tried hard to get everything done that was needed. Unfortunately he can’t control service of outside venders.Jonny is a great salesmen and I’m sure if I let him know I still didn’t have waterline hooked up he would be on it and have it set up in a flash. But I was tired of waiting for service people to come holding up my whole day. So I didn’t let Jonny know that the waterline installer came wit no kit to install.

    I LOVE this refrigerator and had a wonderful experience with the store associate. The refrigerator shelves just make sense. I can see everything. The freezer is much larger than I truly realized. I even think the door storage is great. the only problem I've had is with the delivery team. The doors were removed when the product was brought into my home, and not put on correctly so they didn't close the way they're intended. It was way too much work to get this resolved and required me to take a total of 3 vacation days to resolve this challenge. I'd purchase again, but I'd truly consider hiring an independent professional to install.

    Nice unit! Wasted space means less storage. My Kenmore (sorry) had a cool tray just inside the freezer pull door. It was handy. Details like that make it nicer. We have never had an ice machine/water and we love it. The door handles are harder to keep clean. Different finish or something. But, otherwise, so far so good! Installers were, as always, AMAZING!!! Little MIke had been here before. He even fixed a leaky pipe for me when he notice the bucket hanging. I had the part and it took him 10 minutes. I was SO thankful. HE IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!

    The installers did good but had to come back to fill a hole that was left in the floor. They didn’t double check twice before drilling. However the Best Buy follow-up called and they sent someone back out to fix it same day. Appreciate that a lot.

    The team that came and installed all the appliances were great. They were well organized so they could get the install done quick and cleaned up everything afterward. The only issue was that, on the Best Buy order, they had the new water line installation but somewhere it got disconnected with the order so the installation crew didn't get that part of the order so I am without being able to use the filtered water and ice maker in the fridge. Best Buy said they could reschedule it but I live kind of far, out in the country and didn't want to have those people drive all the way back out to install it, so I told them to reimburse me for the cost. Bummer but I love how they installed everything else.

    We had two visits: one to deliver and install the refrigerator and one to install the water line for the ice maker. The water line installation went smooth as silk. The installers were a little late, but once they showed up, they were quick and courteous, and they did a good job. The installation of the refrigerator, which occurred first, was the opposite. The installers were on-time, but they worked very slowly--it took almost an hour. Still worse, after they left, I noticed a broken spring dangling down out of what was probably the hinge area on the side of the freezer door which was not being used. (We had to have the doors flipped because of the space where the refrigerator had to go.) This spring should have been covered by some sort of access panel which was missing. We couldn't find any missing parts, and when the water line installers came, we decided to have them just clip the spring because we wouldn't be needing it, and there was nothing else they could do. In addition to the dangling spring, I'm still finding bits of stirofoam and tape which the initial installers never removed when installing the refrigerator. In fact, we had to do all of this work, and although it sounds like a small thing, the stirofoam pieces are completely covered in tape with a very strong adhesive--not easily removed. The installers also left a bit of a mess. So all in all, not a good experience.

    The company contracted to install the water line didn't arrive the first appointment date. They said the tech was booked too far away on other jobs. The second appointment date a week later went well. I wasn't advised by best buy reps that I would need to purchase and provide the actual waterline. The line in the kit doesn't suffice.

    Installation gone bad

    The first 2 installation teams could not deliver the refrigerator thru the main door because they refused to detach the hinges on the refrigerator. The next team came with a defective refrigerator. I had to request for an inspection who visited my house and measured the door and gave a certificate that the particular model could easily fir in thru the main door. The fifth attempt was the final attempt and end to my agony !

    Service was good and I like the fridge

    The two men who delivered the fridge and moved the original to the basement where very fast and efficient. The only problem was they seemed they had to keep on time and were reluctant to linger to offer additional help. They did say they could pass by later in the day of we found we had any problems we couldn’t handle as we got situated. The water line installation was a month later. It went well and they waited for us to ask questions and have them answered. They seemed very knowledgeable and experienced.

    I talked to the associated and confirm that I was paying $140 for an entire new water line and not just to connect the unit to an existing line. I was specifically told that there was a cheaper option is I did not need a water line. But when the technicians showed up, they demanded $150 extra and said BestBuy was not paying them to install a new waterline. We called BestBuy and the operator said I didn't pay for a new water line despite this exact product saying that I paid for a new water line.

    Work completed quickly

    I had to wait several days for the line to be installled because the appliance was delivered by the wrong team. They only knew how to hook up the fridge to an existing waterline. Confusion ensued. I went to the store and talked to Elena in Appliances and she made it right. A plumber installed a plastic water line from the sink, drilled through the cabinets so the line is invisible and voila. After 24 hours....ice. My neighbor is a plumber and he said it would be super diffcult and cost $300 plus. So $135 is a great deal. My only concern is that the installation instructions that came with the fridge specifically say "Do not use a plastic line." It's been over 2 months and seems to be working perfectly.

    Best Buy’s Installation went smoothly once a problem was corrected where they indicated in their records that they completed the installation when they installed my first delivery of the 3 appliances on my order that were delivered before the fridge was even delivered. It took several calls but they straightened it out. I would give a 5 star if that didn’t happen and I would give less than 4 stars if they didn’t work hard to straighten it out.

    Refrigerator install was good. They just didn’t remove the wrapping around the refrigerator, the plastic on the shelves or any of the foam between the shelves.

    The installer was great at his job, but was unprepared since his order for us was to hook-up the line for a fridge we didn't have. It was not for a new line hook-up. Paid to have a water line put in but we still do not have ice to our freezer.

    The guys came in and set it right up. We laughed about how much time it to remove the plastic Saran Wrap on the fridge! only thing they shouldn't say it only takes four hours to cool fridge for food. It took 24 hours. Think about this when you set up your new fridge. Watch out for food safety and medications that need to be temperature controlled

    Refrigerator Install went well. A few close calls with corners that were concerning but that overall install experience was good. Installers worked quickly and diligently. Offered information in the event that anything went wrong with the product to contact store.
