The installation of my refrigerator was flawless. The guys did an amazing job. They were professional and efficient.

The 2 Grek Squad guys were excellent! Very mindful of our home. Efficiently stripped all the protective film, hooked up the water line and positioned it perfectly. They explained the operation well, went over the features and advised on running water and ice to clear the lines. A great value for the setup charge!

Recently purchased a home and have been replacing the appliances. My home has a shallow driveway entry and leads to a steep hill. To compound things i have a custom kitchen with a built in recess for a refrigerator that is elevated from the floor. Despite some initial issues with the first couple of deliveries ultimately Best Buy was able to send a four man team that were able to carry it up the driveway by hand. Heroes. Very professional and quick install otherwise. Thanks!!

The two gentle arrived in time, did not scare the floors and removed most packaging.

Quick and easy install for a great garage upright freezer. I bake a lot and wanted some extra freezer storage for dough and ingredients and this fit the bill perfectly. The 2 delivery guys were super efficient and careful with the property. They had the freezer up and running in 5 minutes. Highly recommend!

Standard freezer install. There was nothing to hook up. Honesty, the best part about the install was that the delivery guy noticed it was damaged. The damage doesn't affect the ability for the freezer to freeze. He insisted we get Best Buy on the line ASAP. We gave then a call, and they sent me out a $100 check for the damage.

after 1 week we had to return this fridge. noticed issue with the door when new fridge was delivered. delivery man made an excuse. Best Buy promised to make good and send someone to fix the door. Even setup and confirmed they were coming, never showed up.

Easy - just plug in and go! Didn't have a water hookup on purpose because I didn't want to have another thing to possibly repair. The installers plugged the fridge in for us before they left.

I've only been using my refrigerator for 1 week but so far I am absolutely loving it. I love the option of being able to open a separate or "front door" that I use for beverages without having to open the fridge and let the all of the cool air out. Important feature in Florida!

The installers did a great job. My one concern is they took pictures and said they would start the exchange process on our refrigerator. However, after waiting a week I called and no exchange request was turned in. No huge, terrible thing but believe the follow through wasn't there.

Very professional. Called with arrival time, Removed old refrigerator, connected new refrigerator to water and put it in place and removed all packing materials. Showed me the controls, and explained how to use the water dispenser and ice maker.

The delivery, install and relocation of our existing refrigerator was done timely and expertly. The two delivery associates were courteous and very helpful. They did a great job and I would absolutely recommend them.
