I bought a refrigerator and added this free service. It worked but its thru a third company and they moved our schedule day and after that they moved it again to the original day scheduled.

The installation crew were the very best. They were fast, responsive, and made sure I did not have a mess to clean up after the unboxing and installation. They were phenomenal!
