These installers were absolutely horrible compared to the squad who delivered/installed our first refrigerator. The Samsung refrigerator we purchased for $2k worked fine but the water/ice dispenser started leaking. GeekSquad came to inspect it and recommend it was best to just replace it since it was only 2 weeks old. The replacement was installed this afternoon. When I arrived from work my wife tells me that they did not attached the shelving, did not removed any of the stickers or plastic and to top it off scratched the front of the fridge. We took care of these ourselves and thankfully my wife loves placing pictures of our kids on the fridge so the scratch won’t be noticeable. Nonetheless, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth knowing that your brand new fridge has a scratch.

the delivery guys broke the inside latch of my screen door and didn't even tell me, THEY DIDNT EVEN PUT THE HANDLES ON THE FRIDGE, I ASKED IF THEY COULD CHANGE THE WAY THE DOOR OPENED AND THEY SAID NO, SO HERE I AM TRYING TO CHANGE THIS BY MY SELF

This is my 3rd review. First delivery and set up was fine. Fridge had dents in fridge door. BB cam out with another fridge. My son asked them just to replace fridge door. They did but forgot one of the shelves in the fridge door. Have called several times but no help. I can't really recommend Best Buy because of this! See photos!!

Really nice refrigerator. Practical design. Love the beverage station. The freezer has a good storage. Like not having handles on the door.

Had of refrigerator for almost a year, the freezer started to make a loud terrible noise, called LG support they said we are under warranty but they are having trouble finding a service technician in our area and I could look for my own. I talked with 2 who both said LG doesn’t pay and they won’t wait to get paid by them. LG said they won’t reimburse me only will pay the company. Currently waiting for LG to find a technician

Great guys- did a great job of being safe with my house and for themselves and others. Communication was great and they were friendly without lingering or being creepy.

The guys who handled the delivery were exceptional in making sure nothing on the refrigerator or my house was damaged, and they ensured that everything was working and perfect before they left.

Basic, spacious and does what it needs to do. Hacks the doors does not close completely without extra force.

I would've gave 5 stars but my refrigerator had some scratches on it so I'm exchanging it for a new one.
