The installation service did their job but did not check or correct the misaligned doors to the refirgerator. They should have either taken the refrigerator back or fixed the problem.

My Samsung fridge set up and delivery was great. The delivery guys arrived in time and finished installation in no time.

Best Buy has great installers and would recommend them for purchasing along with installing very helpful when calling and contacting before they arrive to deliver.

The installers were friendly and fast but they left a mess behind in the kitchen and everywhere they walked in the house. They did not remove the plastic wrap from the refrigerator because it was “too cold” and installed the doors out of level. The fridge looks terrible for a “professional” service. I would not recommend paying extra for an install. Take the free delivery and do it yourself if this is the service that is provided.

The installer blame the product and the GE that it not a good brand. Thats why the door is not level. I think he dont know what to do.

We had terrible experience with the delivery and installation service of the LG fridge. The delivery crew didn’t know how to connect a water line or make adjustments. They left the fridge in the middle of our kitchen, didn’t connect water, didn’t remove any of plastics from inside or outside, doors are misaligned, and fingerprints all over. I called BestBuy to get this resolved and was out on hold for an hour, after they just dropped my call.

I purchased a suite of Samsung kitchen appliances from Best Buy. The pandemic struck before they were installed. On June 2nd I followed up about my upcoming installation because I am HIGH RISK and have a surgery quickly approaching. I asked that precautions be taken on June 4. On that day my stove was installed. I was told my dishwasher couldn't be installed because a pipe needed to be cut. I was asked to order the tool and fitting which I did. He shut off the hot water to my I kitchen sink. I had the items he requested the next day. A week later an installer came to put in my fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. The microwave was installed. The hot water was still not restored although I asked for it to be corrected. Quarter round and door trim were removed from my home in an attempt to install my fridge. The next week TWO installers arrived which doubles my risk. The dishwasher was finally installed. Currently I have a refrigerator in the middle of my kitchen. It has been there since June 9th when the Best Buy installer put it there. I have had numerous conversations with Shawn and Melody at the University location in West Des Moines. I CONTINUE TO INITIATE CONTACT. I need my refrigerator installed correctly by Thursday June 24. That is TWENTY DAYS to install four items correctly. Not only is this ridiculous chaos with Best Buy ludicris when I spent thousands of dollars but it is unbelievable that it is still not completed. As if my surgery wasn't stressful enough. I made it clear that I will be having tumors removed from my neck and needed the appliances I paid for installed correctly by Thursday. Tried to call today and the Managers are refusing to speak to me and have referred me to the Appliance Resolution Center. I am blown away by their HORRIBLE custoner servuce. Now I have to go through a third party to get the damage to my home repaired and still do not have the correct refrigerator or any refund.
