Refrigerator installation was done fast without any issue. Refrigerator water line connected by delivery crew.

wider than my other one which is great. freezer makes noise off and on which didn't happen on my other one but is tolerable

This was an install for a replacement refrigerator after the first one was poorly installed and tested, which yielded big problems. This crew in comparison was excellent- they took parts out to easily fit the fridge through the door w/o damages and the thoroughly tested the leveling and water components, and explained what next steps were needed from us. Out of 4 recent installs fromBest Buy, this was was on par with 2 others (as in very good) / only one was bad but I guess it can happen depending on the crew.

Impressed with the black stainless and interior lighting. Lots of room. I can see everything! Great ice maker, although it can be a bit noisy at times. Really like this side by side compared to our older French door model.

This is my second review of the Whirlpool Refrigerator with bottom freezer because I had to replace the first refrigerator immediately (made very loud noises). Best Buy sent a replacement within the 10 day window for exchanges and the new model has no problems whatsoever. The delivery was smooth and the technicians took all the packaging with them when they left. I highly recommend Whirlpool and Best Buy.

The two-man installation team who delivered, and installed, my refrigerator did a great job! They ensured the unit was operational before they left. I just wish they would have ensured it was level and made the doors level; the doors were left crooked on both of my last two refrigerator installs that Best Buy sent someone out to do for me.

This was my first time buying the installation part of an appliance and I have to say, I will always buy it from now on. We did our part and made sure everything was cleared out of the way and we were home to receive the appliance, then when the guys brought it inside everything went smoothly. They unloaded it from the truck, unpacked it, took away all the packaging, plugged it in, turned it on, and made sure everything was working. Very nice!! I highly recommend this service.

The installation process was quite memorable! Might be weird to say but it's true! The delivery guys who installed our fridge, Alex and Manny (I apologize if I spelled your names wrong), were very kind and helpful. We noticed a few issues but they stayed behind to help despite being done. Another thing I noticed was their communication. When they brought in the fridge and was trying to get past the door and narrow areas, Manny was constantly communicating with Alex (cause he was walking backwards). I was impressed with their teamwork! And lastly, our fridge is still working so we are satisfied!

The installers were professional making sure the new unit was protected and move the old and new unit with caution making sure no floors and walls get damaged.

Great Whirlpool Refrigerator. It was an exact upgrade on our previous Whirlpool that lasted nearly 20 years. Sleek, a little roomier, and the price was great!
