Delivery people were prompt and efficient. They did forget to level it from front to back and the wheels were still down so it rolled a little each time I opened it. Easy to resolve and very happy otherwise.

The guys who did the install were great - moved out the old fridge and moved in the new without issue. BUT... 1 - they didn't bother leveling... wasn't until I asked about the door not closing that they took the base off and brought down the leveling feet. 2 - the store never asked about the door opening left or right. Prior fridge deliveries, moving the door was part of install. Not in this case. They would not move the doors to open from the other side. Said it requires a separate work order and $50 to switch it. Very frustrating. Hubby and I did it ourselves. Requires removing the door and moving hardware. while that door is off your food is warming up. This should be done when it is installed, not when it's full of food, so Best Buy should ask this question when you buy the fridge.

They came and hooked everything up with no issues at all. They had the know how and that made it a breeze for them.

This fridge is ideal for us. The side-by-side design allows us to keep food visible so we don’t ‘lose’ food at the back of a fridge shelf or at the bottom of a pull-out freezer. The water and pitcher in the inside door is great and keeps the front of the fridge clean.

The Samsung French door bottom freezer refrigerator was great for me. It is small so it fit the space perfectly So far it is working fine

so I want to say the person who came to install was amazing. I was a little worried they wouldn’t be able to get through the door because my sliding door would not slide all the way into the wall but they made it work by lifting and were so nice, we instantly connected and they were super respectful and quick.

Installers were fast and careful. Very knowledgeable about the GE Refrigerator. Good customer service on their part.

We live 1/4 mile off the asphalt on a shady lane. Even when we told the scheduler twice that they needed to send a smaller truck they kept sending a big box truck that the driver wouldn't take the risk of scratching up. The 3rd time they came the driver left the truck on the road and let me drive them to the house. Once here they did a nice clean job.

We were very pleased with Able and Jeffrey who delivered our refrigerator. They were very respectful of our home and very efficient at unpacking and setting up our refrigerator. They were friendly and eager to provide excellent service.

The refrigerator is very large and holds a very cold temperature. The reason it does not get 5 stars is because the way it is laid out inside, it accommodates very few tall items. It was not designed with useful space in mind. I do like the separate drawer and the ability to adjust the temperature there independently from the top section of the refrigerator.

The gentlemen that delivered my freezers set them up for me and made sure they were cooling properly before they left. They were polite and professional.

Very happy the service I don’t even think they spent more than 15 minutes on the installation process it was quick and professional I will definely use them again

My initial purchase of the LG refrigerator had issues within the first week. The replacement frig is working well. Best Buy was quite helpful in getting it replaced.

The crew was great they got everything done really fast and have had no issues.

Would of gave a 5 star if my freezer was delivered with any dents the first time. Other than that I’m pleased. The 2 guys that did come, they left a mess in my garage which I had to clean up. The first guys did well. I just wasn’t happy about the dent. But they made the turn around time to get a new one with no hassles at all.

Install was a breeze. Best Buy delivery truck showed up on time. Unloaded and unboxed the freezer. Gentlemen placed the freezer exactly where I asked them too. They were extremely friendly and professional.

Great delivery. We needed our fridge delivered outside normal delivery area. Even though it was coming from quite a distance, it was delivered in the time promised. They also didn't have a problem finding our place even though it's hard to find. They had to take the doors off to get it inside, then reinstall the door. Did everything quickly with no issues and took all the packaging trash with them.
