The 2 young men who delivered and installed my new refrigerator did a really good job. I purposely got one much like my old one, and it seems to be doing just fine.

This is about the second time I was delivered a refrigerator as the first time the one I got was highly damaged . The delivery men were very careful about bringing it in. Very polite and courteous. But they were unaware that they had to change the door from right to left, and did not have all the right tools with them. (They used mine) They also did not remove the tape and plastic coverings as they are supposed to.

Great job and quick install with no headaches at all.

Positives: Nicely crafted and attractive refrigerator with stainless steel finish on doors. Double doors open to plenty of storage space. Doors will handle gallon sized products. Pleasant alarm indicates when door/s have not been completely closed after 30 seconds. A very large freezer capacity with good sized ice container. Very quiet unit. Plenty of light in fridge and freezer. Negatives: As with all newer models this one is 2 inches wider and several inches taller than our existing cubicle requiring the removal of a portion of wall. Although the front face of the appliance is stainless, the sides and top are a gray colored metal. The ice maker is positioned toward the rear of the freezer compartment and requires quite a reach to access the on/off switch. Most access to fridge interior will require both doors to be opened.

I'm rating this as only two stars because the original installation couldn't occur because there was still water in our water line at the time of install. Even though the water shut-off valve was turned off when the installer disconnected the water line from the refrigerator and water came out the installation was immediately stopped. This resulted in a 5 day delay in installation due to a holiday weekend. The second time around the installation went well. Care was taken when removing the old unit and installing the new refrigerator. Work was completed quickly and professionally.

They took off the door to fit in front door and put back together works well. To bad they couldn't hook up to water supply but i understand i live in an apartment.

The gentlemen that came to my home for the install were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They even gave me a quick rundown of how the fridge works before they left! They were excellent!

Alonso & Miguel are the best installers I've seen in a long while. They greeted us, came in smiling and inspected the space, took measurements and confirmed the refrigerator would fit. The moved the old fridge and floated in the new one and answered all questions in a way that showed us they were Professionals. Thank you

Technicians installed everything as expected, on time and quick with work.

The home delivery guy was punctual and professional, handling the refrigerator with care during setup. He was friendly, efficient, and made sure everything was working before leaving.

Great nice wonderfull , and liable to do ice make it just

Very please by the installation service personnel. They quickly removed the old refrigerator then after measuring the doorway, removed the front door and carried in the new refrigerator. No scratches, no damage to anything at all, including the front door. The water line was quickly hooked up, unit was plugged in and most of the packing was removed and hauled away. Front door was put back on its hinges. That was it. Just very pleased!

Installation was excellent. Israel and his partner (didn't get his name) were very careful---measured all tight points of entry and made sure everything would fit. They assembled the refrigerator parts and connected the water for the ice maker quickly and well. My thanks to them for the excellent delivery and installation of my new refrigerator and for taking the old one out to the carport for me.

The guys that delivered installed it and also gave a quick tutorial of how to convert it from freezer to fridge. The even took all the trash.

The freezer was delivered on time and the guy's took the old one out and installed the new one and set it up,it is working perfect. I would recommend Best Buy as a great place to buy great appliances.

Delivery was timely during the window provided. Old refrigerator was moved to our garage for continued use, and new refrigerator was installed quickly and professionally.

The refrigerator/freezer fits well in our kitchen. It looks nice and functions well.
