Our refrigerator doors were put back on unevenly. Plus the refrigerator has been making ticking and popping noises. The installers said it was all set up knowing we were not hooking up a water supply to the automatic ice maker. Well we got a notice from Whirlpool saying if there was no water hook up make sure the ice maker is turned off. Thanks to your installers it wasn't turned off. I think we'll try elsewhere to finish our kitchen and laundry room.

The team that installed our new Whirlpool refrigerator after disconnecting and removing our old refrigerator did an excellent job. They were careful and figured out how and where to move both refrigerators with the minimum of problems.

Works as expected! Our refrigerator broke right before thanksgiving and it has been absolute lifesaver. There’s so much space it for all our leftovers. And the water filter is in an easy to find and replace area!

The freezer was delivered on time and the guy's took the old one out and installed the new one and set it up,it is working perfect. I would recommend Best Buy as a great place to buy great appliances.

Very impressed with the installation! They were very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient! I would very highly recommend purchasing from Best Buy (good prices) and having them do the installation (really good quality work)! They did a great job and checked to make sure everything was working properly before leaving. They also gave some instructions for the use and operation of the appliance!

They took off the door to fit in front door and put back together works well. To bad they couldn't hook up to water supply but i understand i live in an apartment.

Installation was fine but refrigerator was not leveled while they were there with a dolly to lift it by easily getting to the leveling legs

Installation people get a 10. Refrigerator makes noise. Think water lines and ice maker. Annoying especially at night. Hard not to leave fingerprints on door. Handles to open and close on top and out of sight.

We have an old house and the crew went above and beyond getting new fridge in through the back door removing the doors on the fridge and rebuilding in the kitchen. Thanks!

Delivery was timely during the window provided. Old refrigerator was moved to our garage for continued use, and new refrigerator was installed quickly and professionally.
