The guys that delivered installed it and also gave a quick tutorial of how to convert it from freezer to fridge. The even took all the trash.

THIS REFRIGERATOR HAS A LARGE CAPACITY, AND LOOKS VERY GOOD. THE INTERIOR STORAGE IS VERY VERSATILE.

Product is superior to any refrigerator I have had in past because of freezer on the bottom, fixed so door doesn't swing open, no icemaker, so extra room, attractive steel finish matches other appliances, freezes well without freezer burn or need for much adjustment, refrigerator keeps temperature and food lasts longer.

The product came in and was installed by some great folks. Unfortunately both the installers and the product hard copy material stated that it takes 24-36 hours to create ice and cool down. We waited 72 hours and it "seemed like it was getting colder" but no ice. We turned down the temperature to the maximum level and then put our goodies from one fridge (that was sold and leaving our home) into our brand new $3k fridge. Bad choice. Everything thawed out and spoiled. We contacted Best buy who refused to do handle the situation until we threatened to simply retrun it and buy it elsewhere. Obviously it was defective. To that Best buy sent out another crew of installers. Time has passed and we have now been without a working fridge for nearly 10 days. We purchased a warranty from Kithcenaide up front. Even transferred that warranty to the second fridge. Neither Best Buy or Kitchenaide would offer anything for the spoiled food. The folks who completed both installs were 10's! Best Buy and Kitchenaide together deserve a minus rating of about -6... so a four star positive is for the set up folks only.

As I mentioned in my review for the refrigerator I purchased, I am very happy with the product and how things turned out. I can say the same thing for the delivery service. The two men who handled the delivery of my new refrigerator and removed my old one, did a great job. They clearly knew what they were doing and were very polite. I just have one small criticism. WhenI ordered the refrigerator via telephone, I was told the delivery would occurs between 8:00 AM AND 1:00 PM. The day of the delivery I received an email saying the delivery would occur between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. The refrigerator was delivered at 1:15 PM. I understand that delays happen for various reasons. I just wish that I was notified of the delays. Still, I am very happy with the service. When the time comes for another major appliance, I have every intention of shopping for it at Best Buy.

Clear shelves makes it easier to locate all food items, thereby preventing "how did I forget that". It does sometime make a slight whine that is concerning, however it does not prevent the refrigerator from doing an excellent job of keeping foods cold.

This is definitely a great deal. Knowing that i didn't have to find a way to get it home and in the house took so much weight off my shoulders. Then everything installed correctly was a great feeling.

The delivery team showed up at the beginning of our appt. window, quickly removed our old fridge, professionally moved the new fridge into our home and into the kitchen, and installed it where we wanted it. We are not ready for the waterline to be installed so that will be done separately, but everything we needed from Best Buy installation was done professionally and correctly.

All they had to do was plug it in but they actually did a little more. They placed it so that there was space around it for the fans. They also explained to give it a few hours before trying to use it.

For first time ever Bestbuy got something right. Professional who came to install was on time and professional. Pleased with the service this time. Five stars for him. This was as after BB changed delivery date 3 times on me and forgot to send installation kit last time when they finally sent the fridge. Can you imagine being without a fridge for 1.5 months? BB does NOT care. 0 stars for bestbuy.

The delivery was good, however, the men marked up a corner of the fridge when puttting it in. (It was a very small mark). Tight space to put it in. We had to ask them to switch how the door opened, even though we had ordered it to open a certain way.

I had a bad door on my refrigerator and it was going to be replaced. I have a lot of steps out front and three doorways (one very narrow) so getting a refrigerator through is a major production. Since the existing refrigerator was fine and only the door was bad, I asked if they could just replace the door and they did! It took no time at all. I didn't have to remove my doorjamb or anything and my refrigerator is working perfectly.

Easy installation, works well, seems to be sturdy, no leaks

The installation team on this job went above and beyond the normal installation I was expecting! They took their time to make sure that all of the appliances that was installed was checked and rechecked for any leaks and electrical issues! I would highly recommend Best Buy and their installation team for any further appliances that you may have in your household!!
