Awesome! We have moved into a new house and I was so worried the refrigerator wouldn't fit. Our builder assured us that if the refrigerator was perfectly level before it was pushed back it would and it did! As soon as I ran 2 gallons of water through the water line and made a bin of throw away ice, it was ready to go! I LOVE this refrigerator!

Quick and clean install. They did a great job hooking everything up fast. And were very helpful.

I really have enjoyed having this refrigerator/freezer. The freezer is so much easier to get to.it is very nice looking also. I am sorry I waited so long.

Refrigerator installation went according to plan. My home setup is not difficult, there are no steps into my home, and I purchased no ice machine. I had the entire area ready for them when they arrived so the experience was very quick and easy and the people who installed it were excellent!

The unit is a good value for the money and installation went smoothly Originally came damaged but replacement was done easily and in a reasonable time period. The ice maker is somewhat on the small side considering what one might expect from this manufacturer. But still a good value with nice capacity and good looks.

After innumerable scheduled appointments to have the purchased refrigerator installed and set up, with innumerable excuses and failures to complete the job, you finally sent a team of workers who came prepared to complete the job. They were friendly and very competent. They completed the job in about 45 minutes(. I assign that team a 5-star rating. But Best Buy itself earned a failure (zero-star) rating. Overall then, this purchase earned a three-star rating. This assignment continued for more than six months - from mid-July, 2020 through to January 20, 2021. There was no need for the incompetence demonstrated by each of the previously sent teams, excluding the most recent team to which I assign a 5-star rating.

Love it! Lots of room. Really like the feature that just opens the door so the whole inside isn’t open to keep the cold in. Love the extra drawer. Love the look. The light inside is nice & bright.

Prompt and professional installation. Went smoothly.

Delivery was great… however no install was ever done. I was at work during the time and the person who delivered told my roommate the fridge wouldn’t fit through the door. We asked them to remove the doors and gave permission but they said it wouldn’t work. They did not even try it. Sooo…. We had them leave the fridge outside our side door and ended up moving the fridge inside and installing it ourselves. So for those doing a SELF INSTALL it was super easy. My water pipe was already installed so I just had to tighten it on and plug it in. The doors of the fridge are super easy and come apart within seconds (as they are made to do since the fridge doors are made to be changeable) I was disappointed that there wasn’t a little more effort on their end but the fridge was securely delivered and I am very happy with it. Wish I could say more for the install process. Everything else they’ve installed for me has been great, so I can speak for that… just not this time.

East Setup. Customer Service has been difficult. Was disappointed in the Service Provided.

Install team was quick and professional. They were in and out in 15 minutes.

Excellent professional crew. They took the front door apart in order to fit in the fridge and put the door back. No calling for a repairman or handyman. I didn't get their names but theywere hands on.

I was set to have my new refrigerator installed and the guys double checked the doors, measured everything twice, and realized it was too big. They were professional, called in a reschedule and helped me out.

Rian and Francisco were on time, efficient, reassuringly answered all our questions and were very friendly to work with. Plus their installment job works like a charm!

The installation was quick and painless. They were in and out within minutes and made sure that everything was working properly.
