Comedy of Errors, will anything go right?

My example I'm sure is not the norm otherwise these guys would not be in business. I actually ordered 2:and paid for 2:rentals. I am still waiting on the second one.
It has been a comedy of errors with everybody at Unagi thinking somebody else is helping me but nobody really helping me.
I've had Fiona, Jamie and Elisa and yet I still hav not received my 2nd scooter. Fiona has tried to make up for Jamie and Elisa leaving the ball at the 1 yard line but everyone keeps complaining by back to me and asking me for more stuff. I've given everybody enough to get it done but I'm still waiting.
It shouldn't be this hard
I'm guessing or hoping they will have an S.O.P for soneonr actually ordering 2 rentals instead of one.
I' have also been inundated with these emergency emails saying the first one is due back now+ Right Now!!! CODE RED, CODE RED,. Well I didn't even get the first one until November 10th even though it was ordered on the 31st of October. Promising a 3-5 delivery but that did not happen.
Please those of you at home do not think this would happen to you, every now and again everything that can go wrong does go wrong with one customer. This time I am that customer for Unagi.
I'm just gonna be patient and ignore the emergency that was created about the return.
Let's hope I get my second scooter real soon.
Thanks.

Unagi Model One was perfect solution for me, easy to use, just charge it, press the button and you're ready to go. For me it can last around 8 to 9 miles but I always use it on unlocked mode with top speed of 20mph and a lot of my daily commuting is uphill which this scooter has no problem with

The cons: battery doesn't last long on a single charge, takes a while to recharge and you feel every little bump in the street.
The pros: it's light-weight, drives around 20 mph, accelerates fast and same with the brakes they work fast, although I still think it's safer and more important to add a handbrake.

This has been great as my daily transportation, I take it about 9 miles to work each day and then back, I do need to charge it at work or it will not have the range to make it the whole 9 miles. In total I've went about 1500 miles over 5 months. The acceleration is fantastic, and the top speed is more than adequate. It is probably the sleekest scooter I've seen out and about, I very often get comments on it, and the folding mechanism and light weight make it easy to carry inside when doing quick shopping. The customer service is decent and they will exchange the scooter if you have any issues with it.

This scooter is awesome, and also well designed. It is simple to use with a few buttons to switch speeds. The scooter has good power and acceleration too. I am satisfied with the product. What stands out the most though is how easy to fold the scooter is.

I bought this thinking I could rent a scooter for $20 a month. But because Best Buy used false advertising to get you to purchase a product from another company. I didn’t pay the $200 security deposit I was never told about after purchasing this digital content that you’re also surprisingly not told about. But later on I got an offer from Unagi to buy their crappy model one whatever scooter for just $200. So I did and I have the membership thing. The scooter is ok. It works if you’re not uptight about how you want a scooter to be and are comfortable with it being extremely bumpy the whole time you’re on it. For just $200. It’s better than renting a scooter for $10 every time you need to.

Unagi Model One Voyager Review

The Unagi Model One Voyager has been an exceptional companion, proving its resilience and reliability over more than 700 miles of use. With a top speed of 20mph, this scooter is perfect for both commuting and leisurely rides. One of the highlights is the secret top speed feature: simply hold down the brake and throttle simultaneously, press the power button ten times, and when both motors are on at top speed three, you'll reach 20mph!
The scooter's build quality is impressive. It's strong and durable, but make sure to keep the handlebars tight using the tool provided. Despite pushing the scooter beyond its recommended use, it has held up remarkably well, showcasing its robust construction.
The subscription service is seamless and convenient. If any issues arise, Unagi's customer support is outstanding. I had an excellent experience with Jamie, who facilitated an easy exchange and maintenance process with prepaid labels, removing any potential hassle.
Overall, the Unagi Model One Voyager is an incredible scooter, backed by top-notch customer service. Whether for daily commuting or recreational use, I highly recommend it. If I could, I would buy it in a heartbeat!

This is the best idea I've seen as far as the cuter market goes rent to the individual independently the price is good especially considering you don't have to pay for wear and tear or theft and you get the top of the line scooter available even though they still lie about the specs a little bit just like all the rest of them they're going on best case scenario so that you know and also very lightweight people but for a 250 pounder like myself I tear the scooters up pretty quick I get about 400 miles on them about 3 months of new cuz what I'm guessing I've had this one for over 4 months now and the bearings are starting to go a little bit but I imagine it'll probably last maybe a year maybe longer though but here's the real deal the model one takes 6 hours to charge you get right around 8 miles on it really about six per six hour charge the avenger or whatever it is the new one the one I have oh yeah the Voyager it has Bluetooth lock it charges in 3 hours and you get anywhere from 12 to 15 miles on it depending on if you turn it up or not and I think they took away the turning it up ability and you can't turn it up to 21 miles an hour no more since this last update oh yeah the Voyager updates I guess they're collecting data but I'm assuming soon there's going to be a really good scooter come out it'll have bluetooth speakers and radio and all that it'll be awesome it'll come with a lock hopefully NFC combined with a metal ring that comes out of it and wraps around the pole also NFC anyhow can't be the deal if you want to scooter this is the route to go

Very good e-scooter. I use it to move between my office and the company's EV charging station. It's ~29 pounds but can still be carried upstairs so that I can keep it in my office. Very easy to operate and easy to fold. The tires are not pneumatic so you can still feel some vibration but the level is still acceptable.

All my friends have different scooters from different brands but definitely mine (this one) is way better than all of them and with this subscription is also cheaper. Absolute beast of a scooter, fast and reliable and a long battery life.

Its a great scooter only problem i think they should look into is suspension because not everybody has these great freshly paved sidewalks it gets bumpy as hell and also after awhile the stem that the handle bar attached to gets real wobbly after awhile an i have no idea how to fix it

Nice scooter awesome power up hills, love riding to work, I'm just having problems with the battery not going as far as it is supposed to go. I only go one mile. One way to work. And it depletes two bars and completely out by the time I get home.

Bumpy. They say the airless wheels are supposed to make it feel soft the way they're designed. I feel like I'm at coney island on the cyclone. You can feel every little bump, very hard.
