Rented 2 scooters. Waited a week for the first one, it came broken and would just randomly turn off. The second scooter arrived and worked fine. Overall, cool concept but would definitely not recommend. By the time I got both scooters it was 2 weeks later so I only got 2 weeks to use. Trying to get in contact with Unagi is an absolute nightmare. Currently trying to return the scooters and can’t get in touch with anyone.

Lightweight but I feel all the bumps on the road while riding. Good for short, flat rides.

So it was an excellent price for us to rent a scooter and pay it monthly after this one month

I absolutely love it. Really like how it folds Its really fast. The customer service is excellent!! They replied quickly to all my questions! They actually care for the customer! Set up was easy! And oh my gosh the beautiful white box the scooter came is also very luxury look and also unboxing it. The scooter kinda looks like it belongs to the Tesla car family.

Tbh I was quite excited while ordering it I always read reviews etc and I'm shocked to see nobody else is other than myself who's disappointed with the misleading information about the battery life and distance fully charged all night and only way to track it is if u upgrade from the classic it doesn't go no where near to the estimated miles before shutting off I've never went 3 mile distance on a full charge before 2 out of 5 notches is displayed then boom it literally puts u in harms way Ive had to get a replacement used scooter and had the same issue but it is fun easy to put together wouldn't advise anyone to ride on wet painted pavement you will definitely slide and hurt yourself or someone most of all their not rent to own but you'll definitely be responsible 300 if u had opt into theft protection and with out a Police report your pay full price

I didnt receive a scooter thats promised. That range and speed are not as mentioned during the purchase.

Good for short tern lease Not worth it if you need something for longer than 6 months Too expensive And mine got stolen and now they are charging me like $1500 for this used up old scooter Not to mention I feel like a nerd riding it

I would say unagi scooter was a great deal. The price point was affordable. Dual motor and goes at a decent speed of 20 miles per hour. The battery was great for intown mobility no issues getting around for adventure and back home. Comes with led light also for night riding. All around nice electric scooter.
