Nice and smart Better option for less money, I highly recommend it

Best lied in the fact that it says no contract. When you buy thos and go to redeem it you will them need to do a 200 dollar deposit! That is entering into a contract. You are agreeing to give them money that they will hold until you return the product, that is a contract. Best buy dosnt mentioned have to put a deposit down. Worst part is bestbuy wont refund your money even if you never redeem the code. This is a complete scam! I would have thought bestbuy would have at least been truthful and mention the required deposit!

They keep sending me beat up scooters that don't hold a charge but maybe for a maximum of 2 mi. Inogi claims that they're going to help me out and send me a longer range one and I just have to pay a little bit more but they take forever responding back days. I ordered the scooter back when it was Black Friday and haven't had a scooter to ride since. This is horrible. Do not get this scooter. Do not buy it. Do not rent it. You will hate the range and it will just disappoint you because the power is so good that it dies as soon as you hit the throttle for 2 seconds. See you barely move. It's a disappointment.

The scooter is well made and not to heavy to carry. I've hit 21 mph on asphalt with no problem. I just wish the deck was a little bit wider but other than that it has decent range. Overall I'm pleased with it.

I love this product every time I go to the gym. So far I have not issues with the battery and I hope continue like this.

Great scooter if you are luck!!!! Give 2 star because scooter itself it’s great, when it works! I paid the 20 dollars and took 15 days to arrive. The battery said 90% so I tried to ride and less than a mile the scooter was dead. I left charging over night and tried the next day and a little over 2 miles the battery was already at 25%. Now customer service is a complete joke, they don’t have an actual person to chat it is computer AI, since past Monday I have been trying to cancel membership, but the cancellation page never finishes load, my record was 2 hours waiting and never load. I tried the AI it said they can’t cancel, because it is an AI, and gives you a link to fill up a form. 22 form fill up later and still no answer in how I can cancel membership and return the scooter.

Well I am not happy with this order. The other order I purchased as well. I thought I would send $19 in and have a scooter (leased) from Best Buy. They had ads all over how the were renting scooters out for your first month $19 to try for the month. It included insurance that they took care of. So I went to the store which is unfortunate that I don't have a regular credit card but I have a prepaid one and I added money to my card which actually costed money to add money no big deal I'm used to that. However, I ordered this $19 scooter lease and I accidentally apparently don't know how ordered it twice. Now to my knowledge there was no security deposit anything else do but the $19 and that they would send it to me and I would sign some sort of contract or something didn't know exactly how it went that they did not mention at all not one bit I have screen prints of all of the things that I looked at all of the ads nowhere does it say a possible deposit would be due. So it took about a day for the money to go through I looked at my Best buy app and it said to check my email. I checked my email it said follow these instructions some sort of digital download I don't know how that has anything to do with it actual physical scooter that I would be riding being sent to my door you can't download that on a computer but I went ahead and looked into it. It went on to say to complete my order to finish these little questions and at the end it tried to charge me for a $50 one time activation fee along with $199 security deposit and the rent for the month wouldn't be $19 it would be 39 to $79. This company is u n a g i scooters that apparently I'm dealing with now. Now the only reason I went through Best buy and actually did this on my credit card because I am untrusting about putting my credit card on a computer but I saw it was Best buy and I know they are a reputable company. I thought if I had any problems at all I'd get my money back not a problem right? Well I called her customer service they said they no longer deal with that or I should not talk to them about it that I need to call the UNAGi SCOOTER COMPANY. WELL UNAGI DOES NOT HAVE A NORMAL CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE. THEY SAY OH EMAIL US TO CONTACT US THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TELEPHONE NUMBER. I SENT THEM SEVERAL EMAILS I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK FROM THEM. I GAVE MY MONEY TO BEST BUY I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM BEST BUY I DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH THIS UNAGI SCOOTER PLACE. IF I WANTED TO DO THAT I WOULD HAVE CALLED THEM TO BEGIN WITH NOT BEST BUY. I HAVE SINCE THEN SENT BEST BUY EMAILS AND THEY HAVE NOT GOTTEN BACK TO ME. I WAS GOING TO DO MY CHRISTMAS SHOPPING AT BEST BUY THIS YEAR BUT I THINK I NOW HAVE DECIDED AGAINST IT BECAUSE OF THIS. I'M SORRY BUT I THOUGHT I COULD TRUST BEST BUY IT DOES LOOKS LIKE I CAN'T.

The subscription was pretty handy and the scooter itself is easy to use. I'd recommend this for someone's starter easily! My only real complaint is that the battery life does not cover a 22mi commute to and from work.

Had to return it 2 times, on which i had to wait at least 2 weeeks for each and they still had the nerve to charge me, evenm though i had the scooter just sitting there, the first one was battery problems and the last one was tampered

Best Buy sends out the confirmation immediately but It takes a little time for UNAGI to process your order. When it gets to the shipping itself the process is fast. Scooter arrived in good shape, good service.

The scooter is very useful , however I would recommend buying instead of renting a used one as the chances of getting a defected item is extremely high

This is an amazing deal. If you want to get around w a lightweight scooter, fast, with good range. I highly recommend.

Great scooter so far but took forever to receive and I ordered 2 and I only got one of them so far i ordered Sept 24 got 1 on oct 24th didn't get the 2nd one yet
