I just got mines today and just placed another order for a family member to try out!!! These scooters are very high in demand and pricey this deal was one I had to steal!! Very affordable and convenient for me now when I have to find parking when I get home i no longer have to walk back home or get scooped up I just use unagi!!

Shipping process was quick. I got 1 scooter and it stopped turning on after a mile, i informed unagi and they shipped me a replacement right away. The replacement is working phenomenally and i love it. Only issue is i cant connect the scooter to the app on my phone . Besides that i have no complaints at all.

If I could give this no stars, I would seeing as I never even received my scooter nor a refund from either party and the entire process was super difficult. I was never able to complete my order from Unagi after purchasing the subscription from Best Buy due to technical difficulties. I have contacted customer service from Unagi and Best Buy several times each and neither one has been able to help me in completing my order or getting a refund and now when you purchase the subscription, Unagi has a née fee that every customer is required to pay and that’s their Refundable Security Deposit of $199 (which was never mentioned in the terms or purchase info). Literally all I want is my $20 back and this has become the most complicated purchase I have ever dealt with.

it takes over a week to get on the east coast and the scooter has to be received after return to not be charged the monthly fee. So basically you get 2 weeks before you have to return and pay for a month.

Best Buy does an amazing job with it's advertising and overall I was very interested in learning more about what Best Buy was offering, initially.. I received a used scooter, just as I had signed up for, right? So, I didn't think I was going to be getting a brand new Unagi Scooter with a brand new battery, because you get what you pay for. I paid 20$, but I still am disappointed. The battery life only last about 1 hour, or 5 miles before it's dead. Completely.. It came to me with over 6,000 miles on it already. I would not have wasted my time, or any other parties time, and it's unfortunate that I have to give such a low rating. I do wish that I had a better experience, but I can learn from this and know for next time when purchasing or renting, cheap means cheap.

Good product. I recommend to people who travel to short distance and negative part is return service is to be improved and need to maker easier for customers

Fraud and scam of company. Sent a defective broken scooter. I sent it back and they are claiming I stole the scooter. No. You sent me threatening emails for over 2.5 years for a product that was defective and I returned

Wow this is the best offer all!! You have to deposit $200 to rent it for month thats refundable! Has insurance that covers any accident and battery charges you through a busy day!

Horrible experience requiring multiple support chats at almost 30 days in still no email containing code for claiming the remtal thru unagi. Now at 28 days since order i finally got code required rhough i requested a refund and was denied. Even though i explained it took 28days for fulfillment and at day 20 i went ahead and just purchased a scooter elsewhere. Its $20 bucks not even sure if its worth the time required to dispute transaction with my bank. Probably not! Unagi sorry but due to your affiliates blunders. Ability to easily tarnish your customer experience and cause monetary losses.

pretty easy to set up and get . So inconvenient since signature required for anybody who is continually working amd won't be available . Plus, there's no where to email or text when I decide when I wanted to return it .

Great scooter, though only problem was that I never actually received the scooter or a refund on my payment. This is the second time I tried to order the unagi scooter to no avail. Crappy company.

When you redeem your code, it will take a week for them to ship you the scooter. Their policy is to pro-rate and discount the next month. If your intention is to rent for one month then you better return it on time which is one month from the time you place the order, not when you receive it, otherwise they will charge you another month.

It's great and all my friends won't ask me where I got it from, I really like the product, time saver, money wasted on transportation, nice ride in the summer to enjoy the fresh air

Upon hitting submit when trying to complete the rental, it does nothing at all. Very frustrating and I haven't been able to even get the scooter shipped yet.

So much fun ! I love riding it around. I feel like a kid again. It allows me to reduce use of my car, which saves me money and helps the environment.
