The scooter took over one month to arrive and when it finally arrived itdidn´t worked. Unagi asked me to return it and they would send a new one but I didn´t want it any more. Now Unagi says they can´t reimburse me because they don´t sold it and Best Buy has not reimbursed it. Online the people that I contact say they are not familiar with the product and that they will sacale the issue and I will receive an email but that doesn't happens.

I would not recommend this item or the subscription service to anyone there's looking Unagi is the hardest company I've ever dealt with in doing business and good luck getting a refund because their idea of a refund means giving you a 30-day subscription for free to their scooter service which even if you're not approved for you cannot redeem. Save your money do not invest in this company

I ordered this and followed the steps. Contacted unagi and they gave me a code which brought the cost to 0$ which I thought was a part of the process, I waited and waited on my scooter nothing came I reached back out and they told me I had to pay $250 and sent me a new invoice. Just seemed weird to me that they would give me a code to make everything free then send a new invoice, so I canceled my subscription.

Great scooter awesome deal, can’t beat it for about two dollars a day to get around town. A lot cheaper and faster than the bus!!!!

It took 11 days to receive the scooter I rented, which means I paid a month's rent and can only ride it for a maximum of 2 weeks. The quality of the schooner is not what I think, of course, I rented a refurbished one and it was not new. Anyway, it was not a good purchase and I do not recommend it to others.

It not bad than I thought it'll be but it worth it for renting them as a temporary.

I never even got the scooter i payed and everything 3 weeks went bye they transferred my order to unagi and unagi said i wasn't approved so if you want to deal with a headache and stress this is the buy for you oh and they dont mention a 200 dollar security deposit after they took your payment and everything is said and done.
