Missing DVD-R Drive

I received my new PC in excellent condition except the PC was spose to have a DVD-R drive. Unfortunately there was no DVD-R drive installed. I call in to the support number and they said I had to take the PC into the store. Not very happy about this.

I am thrilled with the light-weight features, the speed and overall performance of the unit is fantastic!!! I have been a "Total" member for almost a year and with the support and assistance I receive from the GEEK SQUAD, gives me the confidence me and mine will always be cared for!

This is a nice compact computer tower. Easy plug and play tower. It came with a mouse and keyboard.

The specs and features says this comes with a DVD-rom and HDMI port. The first did not have either. I exchanged it at Best Buy store. The second one was the exact same. I asked to exchange it for a computer as advertised. The customer service just returned the product and told me no since this was a mistake and have to wait for the refund. He said this was probably a mistake. Waste of time!!! Im going to now return all purchases since I bought another computer and wifi adaptor.
