This Lenovo T470 laptop it's a great deal. I've used it for office work mainly (MS Office), streaming services and surfing the internet. It runs super fast, and for a basic use it's the best price you can pay for such a fast and lightweight laptop. The fact that is refurbished, it's transparent to the user. You'll get a brand new laptop, with lots of local storage space, lots of RAM to be fast, a very good processor and a touchscreen. Only thing is that you may find it a bit too lightweight and apparently fragile.

This is a great replacement computer for a mid-year breakdown. Every feature is needed and operational. It is faster than we expected and offers a clear screen. This compact and powerful laptop saved the day.

This is an old refurbished laptop, that is not Win11 compatible. In general it runs well, except that some driver message pops up that it needs to be updated, but the update never succeeded. This is a technical issue that could be probably solved. I talked to support, and tried to resolve the issue, but had to return the product in the end. The support guy was very nice and professional.

Wasn’t identified as a refurbished computer in the original description; however, the computer arrived 2 days early. When unboxed it showed no signs of being refurbished. The worked perfectly. Setup was easy. I am very proud leased with the purchase.

Bought this for a work computer. Looked brand new and everything worked great! I would have never though it was refurbished other than it not coming in OEM packaging.

I bought three of this one and had to returned. Missed all the black Fridays sales and ended up with no computer. What happened? It was false advertised because there was no " Refurbished" anywhere. It was added afterwards in the website and I can prove that. I still went ahead and accepted all there, since I had the three year protection plan. As soon as I opened the first one had the letter l in the blackboard sticking out so I couldn't even register my email to begin with. Opened the other one, it showed in the screen that the battery had to be replaced. Right away! As soon as I open the laptop! Went to the return and the person at the customer service kept asking which computer had each problem since they looked the same. So really, I am supposed to spend my time diagnosing each computer when Best Buy didn't take the time to make sure the computers were performing well begore putting for sale? What a mess. I missed the chance of getting other computers. Now I am waiting to see if there is a sale coming up as good as Black Friday sales. Frustrating in some levels. I really needed the 3 laptops to my work.

I recently picked up the Refurbished Lenovo T470 Laptop from my local Best Buy store, and I'm extremely pleased with my purchase. The entire process, from ordering online to picking up in-store, was seamless and convenient. Upon arrival, the laptop was meticulously packaged and looked as good as new. The installation of the operating system was a breeze. As for the laptop itself, so far it has exceeded my expectations in every way.

Though I did not know this was a refurbished computer at the time of purchase and it arrived a day late; the computer seems to be of pretty good quality as of the day of writing this review.

This laptop has 2 batteries. It has an internal and external battery. The internal battery was corrupted or just not installed. An error displayed every few minutes warning of battery 1 not charging. I exchanged this laptop for a new Dell.

So far seems like a great machine. The price was good as well.

The computer itself is good BUT it says in the product description "A GRADE REFURBISHED" thats an absolute lie. It arrived on time and when i opened the box it was packaged well. The laptop has a vinyl skin on it to cover scratches and they put a vinyl skin over the tough pad to hide the wear on it. The laptop only had one of the 2 batteries which was the external one, but it only would hold a charge for 5-10 minutes. Bottom line is Bestbuy should be ashamed of themselves for advertising such trash and titling it "A GRADE"

The computer is working very well. The only real critique I have is minimal. When I opened the package, I had to snap the cover together with the top is two places, because it wasn't fully snapped together. Also, the edge on the keyboard side, has a slight 'sticker that has been cut' feel. One corner of the sticker-cover lifts a little bit, but I can cover that.

Great laptop for teenagers and school work. It's been working great.

I to did not see that it was a reconditioned laptop. I needed one for a nonprofit and would not wasted their money. I started loading today and it is the slowest thing that I have ever used. The last thing that I will purchase from Best Buy! .
