Picked up computer March 15, set up was simple, but when I pushed the start button I got 2 loud beeps and 1 low beep, It would not start or reboot, just keep doing 2 loud beeps 1 low. I returned computer to best buy and they reordered another computer, unfortunately that order has been delayed until April 24. If you buy refurbished just know you might have problems with it.
