    The REL T/5i 8" subwoofer is much better than I expected. The unique proprietary High Level Neutrik Speakon connection is the reason that this subwoofer is fast enough for my Magneplanar Speakers. No low frequency signal processing is necessary for this type of connection. A very articulated clean sounding sub bass subwoofer in a very small package. Unbelievable performance for a reasonable price. This subwoofer is an excellent choice for music and home theater applications. For best performance you should follow the recommendations from the REL instruction videos. The installation is different from other subwoofers but it is really worth it. I am satisfied with this purchase and would recommend this subwoofer to everyone.

    I bought this sub because I was able to hook this up to my old Mac 4100 receiver. It connects using a speaker connection and the sound is stunning for its rather small footprint. I use this with a pair of Martin Logan Motion 15's and Motion i4's. This sub makes the Logan's sound like speakers 3 times their size. You won't be disappointed with this sub. I would be remiss not to mention the beautiful finish on this speaker. I matches the Martin Logan finish to a tea.

    Makes my OHM F's sing! Room filling sound. Placement is critical. Can't imagine living without it. Love the super high gloss black finish. Looks as good as it sounds!

    I'm really interested in this sub, but the price here is 150 dollars more than MSRP. That seems strange.
