I absolutely love this device. I was using my Galaxy tablet before, and this is much better. I love how it feels when writing on it, I love the features it offers to add or move text and pages. The no distractions while using this device means I can truly focus on the work at hand. I will be using this to share my weekly notes with my colleagues with ease to ensure we put the best training available together. I would recommend this to any of my co-workers or friends. I know the price is a bit aggressive, but it is worth it. I wish I would have got one much earlier.

I use this for my job, I need to get a bunch of data so it’s super easy to design templates, save them as PDF and write over them. However, the tablet feels slow when you’re browsing files, or moving in a big PDF, it also refreshes the screen every now and then, specially when you draw geometric shapes using gestures. Typing here is a nightmare, it takes forever to type anything with the keyboard, no matter how fast you type, the ReMarkable takes its time to do it, so you end up skipping some letters just because the tablet didn’t recognize them. In conclusion, it’s good for not to have a bunch of different notebooks, manuals or sheets physically, but it might be better with a more capable hardware. I should have bought the Pro version but it’s pricy, even this one (ReMarkable 2) is a little expensive considering its capabilities. This is still worth buying for the feeling of “writing on paper” and not getting distracted from work

This is a fantastic tablet for taking notes. I’ve seen some YouTube reviews that knock this none down because it doesn’t have the same feature set of other more capable more devices. This one does not have YouTube, a web browser, games, or apps etc. The Remarkable is very limited compared to, for example, an iPad or even the Super Note (another e-ink tablet). And that weakness is what makes the Remarkable such a powerful tool. It is not trying to do many different things. Instead, it is a rare example of a product that is focused on doing one thing exceedingly well. This is a FANTASTIC note taking device. It is lighter than a paper notebook and has an extremely realistic pen and paper feel. The responsiveness is nearly immediate and you feel like you’re writing on paper. It boasts several different pen styles with a calligraphy style that makes even my chicken scratch look good. They offer a cloud synchronization, so all of your notes are immediately backed up and available on your phone, laptop, etc. I tested the Chrome plug in on my Mac and I can immediately send any web page to the remarkable as a pdf they you can mark up. If there is any weakness I would like to be able to send kindle books for the device, but otherwise it is just absolutely impressive.

This has been a great add to my toolkit. I'm a prolific notetaker during meetings, which used to mean going through scores of legal pads. I can now keep notes on one compact device with no distractions. The writing feel is very similar to paper with some useful added capabilities (e.g., ability to rearrange notes by dragging and dropping, ability to create folders, sub-folders, etc.). I strongly recommend buying the version without reMarkable's cover. The reMarkable covers add $100-150 to the price and do not include a sleeve to protect the digitizer pen. You can find much (much) better options for $30-50 on Amazon. Also, you can skip reMarkable's subscription service by downloading their app onto your smart phone or tablet and allowing your notes to auto-sync through the app.

I love it. It was difficult to pay 2024 prices for almost 4 year old tech, but it is a fantastic device. I’ve been journaling nightly, making to-dos on the phone app and planning a lot of creating projects. It feels premium. It is easy to use. The UI isn’t cluttered. It is simple to pick up and start writing. I can’t imagine not having a Remarkable 2, after owning one for 20 days. It does exaxtly what I want and need it to do. Would recommend to anyone wanting to digitally write with no distractions.

If you are a note taker, get this now! I absolutely love it. I can organize all my notebooks into files for all the different meetings I attend. All of my colleagues are coveting my new Remarkable.

As an mechanical engineer I love using my remarkable tablet to sketch and mark up drawings. Also comes in handy when I need to sign off on drawings without having to print the pdf and scanning back in. My son has one too and uses it to take notes for his college classes. It feels like writing on paper. There is no lag or weird delays like trying to sign on a regular tablet. It may be pricey but worth it.

I have been using my reMarkable 2 for a month now and it is great! It has the feel of pencil on paper, but with almost endless pages in your "notebook." I like the ability to organize and the cut, copy, paste feature that allows me to move sections of my notes to create more room for a previous subject. No complaints so far!

Love love love it. I have brought three one for me, my wife, and mother. I am a traditional when it comes to note taking and was apprehensive about transitioning to a tablet but this writes, feels, and acts just like paper. PLUS it’s store all your notes in the cloud ( you have To pay for the subscription after trial but worth it) and you can share them out , convert your text, etc… it’s a wonderful tool.

Writes smoothly, honestly a pretty cool tablet for taking quick notes. I feel more professional visiting my customers with this in hand rather than an actual notepad or taking notes with my phone. It will take some time to navigate all that there is to offer, but I have no doubt that this is my new go to item to keep on hand at all times.

I am still old school and write notes with paper and pens still. I have many notebooks however for different things with work and school. I started using this and all of my notes are organized now and in one place. You can change ink color and hilight. Highly recommend this to those that still use pen and paper!

Remarkable tab is really remarkable, I was a very inconsistent note taker and I wished I took better notes because I was looking at the screen taking notes on another, really couldn't focus, with this, the best thing is I can focus now and make really good notes. I wish it had back lighting but other than that the experience is really good.

It is very easy to set up and very smooth to use. Once I got this I stopped using and carrying around my 3 notebooks. The only thing I don’t love is that you can’t move up each line with a simple stroke- you have to cut it and move it up and when you’re using this as a checklist it becomes a bit problematic. I liked the way it organized my folders and they’re easy to access. A bit expensive but I prefer it much more than the iPad and nebo app I used to use.
