I thought I was going to be using this product I lot, given that I go through a lot of paper notebooks at work taking notes. But that is not the case. I find that when I need to take a piece of note quickly, the device is off, so that by the time it boots, I get to where I need to enter the note, I have already forgotten key words or dates. Also, I find the menu on the left to not be intuitive at all. On the plus side, I took a one-week class and after taking notes for hours, one is able to move paragraphs around to arrange the thought in a logical sequence. So, while I am marking this product as recommended, it is so because the quality of the product is really good. The use case however will be highly personal, and you will need to imaging what you will be using this tablet for, knowing that it powers off after some inactivity and getting to it quickly to write down that good idea before it evaporates, is not going to happen. Which I understand that it needs to conserve energy, but I wish I could wake it up by tapping on it twice, just like I can do with my cell phone.

I have the first remarkable which was good but the added color is an incredible feature.

I use this everyday for everything. Work, personal, whatever, it's perfect. If you're not used to eink, it may catch you off guard. But it's very similar to a kindle, but made for writing.
