Three and a half months after purchasing the pen/stylus stopped charging. Working through the manufacturer to get it replaced is nearly impossible. Easier to spend another $129 on a new stylus rather than wait weeks to sort out if a replacement is even available...

Terrible purchase and worst customer service by the manufacturer. Ghosting since the very beginning and the only solution is to send it back to them. Not possible if you use it as a work tool as it’s intended

I am very angry about buying it. It is a waste of money. it lags, you do not know when to charge, you do not know how long your pen works and only knows when it stops writing; the most annoying part is UNSCROLLABLE when I scroll and write, unresponsive on many occasions. My iPad works effectively, I was just lured and cheated by the fancy ad. No longer a useful product for me.

Either i got the lemon product or they are all are just not good enough. I have to manually refresh the page just to see it every time other wise you are just layering every page you opened while its on. And even when you manually refresh it you still see it a little bit. They should just call this oled burnin simulator. You will get laughed out of every meeting you have at work. Oh i am sorry let me refresh every time we move on in this meeting. Dont waste your money.

I thought that it would have decent search functionality, because that seems easy compared to all the other tech theyve loaded into this thing. Alas, no. You have to manually convert each note or section of handwriting to text for it to be searchable. Whats worse, even if you do that the accuracy of finding your desired text is dodgy at best. Such basic functionality for non-graphic professionals makes this a worthless piece of tech.

Regret buying it. Returned it next day. It has so many drawbacks. 1) the colors are very bad, not the colors you expect but shaded and dull 2) i could not organize meetings notes the way i wanted and get immediate access 3) the pen is not fluid and your control is not smooth

I returned this device because I didn't find it intuitive nor very capable. I was excited to use this device as an alternative to pen and paper. However, because of the high price, I had to compare its features and functions with a standard tablet with a pen and app to write notes. This is where the reMarkable fell short. If I am going to spend several hundred dollars, this device has to be far more advanced at its sole purpose compared to a tablet that can perform this use case plus plenty of others.

Too costly for what it is. It’s not that responsive to scrolling. It’s very sluggish and is way too expensive. I can’t believe that this is where we are in 2025 with technology that this is the best thing to write on digitally.

A little behind; needs more AI integration. Needs to have scanning capability, and microphone for note taking

The product is great but do not attempt to get any assistance from customer service via phone as I was transferred 3 times and disconnected once with no call back or solution. The online chat rep was able to resolve my issue and sell me the product in a matter of less than 10 minutes. True customer service and streamline.
