Went to closest location, all of the techs quit. Went to next closest location, waited 45 min to talk to someone, only to find out I would have to wait 5 weeks for installation and that would be for the store that is further away than each of those previous stores. One would think the "brick and mortar" would put more of an emphasis on customer service as it could possibly be the only thing keeping their heads above water in this web dominated retail climate. Sorry to see this happen to what I used to consider a reliable source for electonics and things of the like. The writing is on the wall and Amazon is laughing all the way to the bank.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not much instructions on how to use the remote starter: valet, bluetooth smart function, stop and go. Geek squad told us about turning keys before stepping on breaks. There is also a bright led light installed by the mirror. It's on all the time and is very bright at night. Call see my dashboard. Hopefully it's won't attract thieves. For some reason, install said that Honda keyfob does not work with this system. Go for a 2-way system.

Posted .Hi utcpt - I’m sorry that you didn’t get a good overview of how to best use your new remote start, and that some of the features aren’t to your liking. The folks that did the install should have made sure you were comfortable with it before you left. My best advice for you would be to call your local store to see if they can set up a time for you to go over the operation and features of your remote start with one of our Autotechs.
