    Called twice, sat on hold 30 min each time before I hung up. Went to closest location, all of the techs quit. Went to next closest location, waited 45 min to talk to someone, only to find out I would have to wait 5 weeks for installation and that would be for the store that is further away than each of those previous stores. One would think the "brick and mortar" would put more of an emphasis on customer service as it could possibly be the only thing keeping their heads above water in this web dominated retail climate. Sorry to see this happen to what I used to consider a reliable source for electonics and things of the like. The writing is on the wall and Amazon is laughing all the way to the bank.
