    If I could give 0 stars I would. I tried to get my remote start which I purchased from Best Buy installed by Geek Squad. Both the Best Buy website and the manufacturer said it was 100% compatible with my car. When I came in for my appointment they said that it was not in fact compatible even though it obviously was. I winded up returning it rather than making them do something they obviously weren't qualified to do.

    I was charged $150.00 this morning for an installation that never occurred. The products were returned, and the installation is not needed. I contacted 1888BestBuy and was told to contact the store. The store returned $90.00 of a 149.99 Installation fee, when the installation of both products was free during the promotion! I'm going to have to dispute this with my credit card company as no one at Best Buy seems able to assist me.
