    FAILED to keep their word. Waited 3 weeks.

    Their ad said it didn't matter where the remote start was purchased. They would install correctly. I got an appointment for January 16. I had everything ready for the installation. They looked at the NEW Python 4608P , didn't even open the box, and said it was too complicated. They couldn't handle it. They failed to do what they said they would do In Writing. Bitterly disappointed in Geek Squad.

    Waited till i got there and had somone come pick me up to tell me they where to backed up to instal my remote start. (last appointment of the day. 5 hours before they close)

    I just spent 45 min just trying to get a price to have remote start installed on my car. But all i can get is people that don't speak english!
