The Geek squad took care of my remote start install with ease and for half the cost of others

The technicians that did the instal were great, very knowledgeable and customer oriented.

Passenger side door locks do not open when double clicking original and new remotes. Not a huge deal, but my kid doesn't like it. Teaching him patience...

As always, the service was exceptional! Fast and professional. And through! And since I'm a member of the Total Tech, it was also FREE! Yay!

Idk how true the statement is to their “range of 3000 ft” but I’ve been able to start my car from a very far distance. The 2-way remote is loud so there’s no mistaking if the signal went through or not. For the two weeks I’ve had this product it’s been good so far. My wife likes it a lot.

Was included in the product price. Installation took three hours. Showed how the product works.

I’m honestly a bit bitter concerning the installation of the Remote Starter. I purchased the Starter in November, the date I was given for installation was January 1st. December 31st I had a message on my phone that my appointment was canceled because the Technician was ill. I had to go to the back of the line and was given an appointment for February 28th at 9am in Virginia. I live over an hour away and Virginia’s traffic is horrendous especially during rush hour.I canceled that appointment and was sent to the back of the line again. My new appointment is April 9th in Lanham. I was going to return it and buy another somewhere else but the time for return had passed. So, five months after the purchase I hope to be actually getting the installation as long as my Technician is well. So much for enjoying a warm car with no ice or frost this winter. I do not blame the Technician for getting ill I blame the process. Every time I have called I have explained what I have endured and being sent to the back of the line for something that was no fault of mine. I am not happy,

Antonio was outstanding and tried his best to get my remote starter to work. We didn't have success in getting it to work, but Antonio was professional, thorough, and his customer service skills are a model for your store in Hyannis.

This is my second remote start installation at this location, very happy with the whole process. Installers were professional and demonstrated all the features as well...installation is guaranteed for life! A great deal when you catch a bundle package on sale...2 thumbs up!

Remote start was installed by a trained professional who was knowledgeable about the car. Was done quickly and efficiently.

The technician did a good job on the install. Took a little longer but wasn't to bad. Ended up having a battery problem with the car that was unrelated to the install and keyfob lost it's programming. Went back at a later date and he stopped what he was doing an reprogrammed it again.

My tech was very professional told me how long it would take to install which takes about 2 to 3 hours.Then he walk me through how to use the remote start up which is very easy any questions i ask he answered

This remote start is awesome It works so good on my first car a 2009 Scion I needed to buy another one for my sons Pontiac vibe a manual car he is now starting the car and we as parent don’t have to worry about someone taking the car as it warms up. Thank you viper
