    I'm super stoked about this starter. Viper is great however. The employees of the best buy store are the worst I've ever seen in my life. They don't care about customers and do not have any clue what it takes to create a happy customer.

    I would give it zero stars if possible. I purchased a Viper remote start kit with installation. I setup my appointment online. On my appointment date I arrived an hour and a half early and left my vehicle. I returned approximately 2 and a half hours later to find my vehicle still in the same location I had parked it. Long story short, I was given one excuse after another and that it would be approximately another 4 hours before the install of the remote start would be completed. I cancelled my purchase and left. I have been a customer with Best Buy for several years, but I believe I will no longer do business with Best Buy.
