I brought my car to get my remote starter installed, that i purchase at best buy and the technician was ver knowledgeable and courteous, also educated me on how to properly use it

The installing process for the remote start was quick and a breeze

Got to my appt before time. Had to wait an extra 20 mins for someone to come to the install bay after I called the store to inform them id been waiting and knocking on the bay doors and ringing the doorbell. But overall instal was fast and professional. Just need a better way to get into the bay if no one is their..

They gave me good, fast service. They told me they would install the remote start system for my car in two hours and thirty minutes. I waited, and they finished exactly as they told me. I liked the service and I recommend it.

John in the installation department is amazing. When I purchased the system along with the installation I was told install would be a couple of months down the road. I stopped by the store after I made the purchase online. I spoke to John in installations and he said he would call me if something came available due to a cancellation. He called not long after that visit, within a couple weeks, and I was able to have the install completed much sooner than expected. He went above and beyond my expectations. If not for the new features of the remote start, you wouldn't know that it was aftermarket. The install was great, it was completed ahead of time, and John was amazing.

The guy who installed it was very good at explaining everything, very quick, and knowledgeable. I wish they would let you get quick stuff checked out without having to make another appointment though.

I have purchased GPS, desktop computer, earphones, computer camera from Best Buy in the past and have no issues with these purchases. I most recently purchased a Viper security system. The install was excellent. But the technician did not give all of the steps to disarm the system. The system froze in the locked mode on three separate occasions and the blue light that flashes when the system is armed stopped working. On one of those occasions I had to have the vehicle towed to the store since I could not disarm it using the key fobs and had not been shown all of the steps for disarming the system from the interior of the car. The technician did a systems check and did finally show me all of the steps to disarm the vehicle on my last visit to the store. And as it turned out the battery had to be replaced on July 18 which explained why the system did not operate properly. The system seems to be working fine now. But if I had known how the disarm it I would not have needed to have the car towed and would have eventually figured out that I needed a battery. I requested reimbursement for the towing fee but was rudely rebuffed by the manager.

Service tech did an outstanding job . You can't tell he was ever in the car except for the antenna required to work the starter which by the way took me a minute to notice . It works perfectly and he explained the entire process, including how to operate the unit I was extremely impressed with the whole purchase and installation. Highly recommend Best Buy for a car starter.

I got a great service from Geek Spuad at Bestbuy. Beside the remote starter and security system installation they installed couple other itmes but what I was pleased about was the timely manner and the professional installation and this is after I cancelled and switched items. Thank you for being patient with me and I really appreciate your great work.

I am very surprised the guy installed my Car Remote in 35 minute three weeks ago. and also eight year ago the guy installed remote starter, is still working perfectly.

Remote start installed in my audi (not sure why audi finally joined the bandwagon for there 2024 models). The tech called out to me to secure appt. At the appt the tech was very knowledgeable, he knew everything about the product he was installing. He let me know when to pick it up and then showed me everything on how to use it. Everything except 1 bolt was kind of hard to put back. First time using geek squad. good experience.
