I have went to Danbury CT Bestbuy store for installation of this remote starter for my Acura RDX. The technician installed it so fast and there were no issues. I’m so happy with the product and Geek Squad installation. I highly recommend this store for remote start installation.

He was professional and efficient. The only thing i would say is it would have been a plus if he would have offered one of the chairs so i wouldn't have sat on the floor while waiting.

The agent installed a remote starter into my car. The work was done relatively quickly and I've had no problems with it so far. The work was also very convenient- all I had to do was drop off my car, keys, and the starter and pick it up.

The service agent at my local Bestbuy in Lubbock was excellent. He went above and beyond during my remote install for my nisan xterra. He took the time to show me exactly how to use it and made sure I had no questions before leaving. He was polite and quite professional. I will only use Bestbuy from now on and make sure that the ones I care about do the same. This level of service is hard to find. Good job Bestbuy!

The audio/remote starter installers are excellent! Very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and quick. I've had remotes installed on 4 of our cars and family vehicles as well. In my opinion, they are the best around.

Installed my new remote start, fast and explained to me the details.

So I purchased a remote starter for my wife for x-mas. I got it installed (which was quicker than expected). When I had gotten in the vehicle, I noticed the light behind the drive selector was out. I was sure that it was not out before, but it was my wife's vehicle, so I was not sure. Brought it home, asked my wife, and she was not pleased. I emailed the installer, and the following day he worked, he sent me an email saying that I could bring it in anytime and he would replace the bulb if I brought one. I thought was awesome! Ford dropped the ball on this situation. They sold me the wrong bulb >:-|. But the installer went ahead and grabbed a bulb that was not lighting anything useful and put that behind the selector. Long story short, my wife is now happy and I'm very thankful to installer for being so patient with me and my wife. :-)

Best Buy's Car Installation Geek Squad has it going on. They installed my system faster than promised and did it with a smile. I was attempting to work remotely while I waited in their shop. They set up a work space using empty boxes for me to use. They did a great job not only with the installation but in showing me how to use it after the fact. I highly recommend these guys. They killed it!
