Wayne, the install tech did an all around excellent job. I left the store totally satisfied. However, about 2 weeks later I needed to release the trunk lid and nothing. Tried the key fob and all was good. I knew the trunk switch worked properly when it went into the shop but now it did not. So, I decided to contact the store and make arrangements for a return inspection visit. That was about 3 weeks ago and after dozens of calls and a lot of time waiting ... not once has any human ever answered the phone. After the sale customer service appears to be a hollow promise. Guess I could send them a letter?

Works just like you would expect a remote start to work...you push a button and the car starts from inside your warm comfortable house or office. You can set how long you want it to run. I start mine when I get out of the shower in the morning as my wife has commandeered the entire garage, seriously she has taken the whole garage over with her one vehicle I dont even try to park in there anymore its easier just to park in the driveway

Jonathan Yodichkas, the installer was beyond excellent, his knowledge is superb, installation went timely & his teaching of using the unit was great. This man needs a raise ! But I can't say that for trying to use the Geek Squad to schedule my appointment. Totally incompetent and useless people. Had to go to the store & speak to the manager who put me in contact with Jonathan who quickly & efficiently solved everything, got me scheduled and completed the installation on the day scheduled. Can't say enough for Mr. Yodichkas.
