I have had Vipers alarms in my last 3 cars never have had a problem. Best Buy wired it in and I was back on the road no problems.

Did not like the scheduling process - impossible to schedule on-line for a good time. Had to go into a Best Buy store to schedule a time that actually worked. Installation day was painless however now whenever I use my remote to l lock all of my car doors (hit lock twice), the car will start. How sure what they did and they were unable to fix it.
