Nice to have a security system that was properly installed and functions well. Installer was very professional. Product is good quality.

My remote start works great on both of my vehicles. All Techs at Best Buy don't have the same skill level so be mindful of that.

They did a great job of installing it. No problems so far. Only draw back was there was over 1 month wait to get an appointment.

Being s new van owner, I was looking for remote start. BB had this on sale plus free install.

The remote works OK, however it would have been nice if the technician would have been kind enough to actually explain how it works. Took forever - rude service - and then even though I'd asked on the phone they tried to upcharge me more - not acceptable . I would not recommend - you can be a geek and be polite. It would be more fun to go to the dentist.

Still playing with range. Locked remote and keys in the car today... what a day i have had!
