I think the system is good but I'm disappointed I'm going to have to go back to have the alarm bypassed so if I remotely start, and I want my car locked, the alarm doesn't go off. I was told, when I upgraded to this system ($120 more than the original one I bought), I should be able to start my car when it is locked. Also, apparently the new phone system they recently converted to only connects you to one store "hub" in the area, so if you call their store number, you end up talking to someone 20 miles away who can't answer your service question (is my car ready?). That store, the hub, also can't reach the actual store where your vehicle is. According to one of the managers I spoke to, even their own employees can't get through. Over all, a very frustrating experience and I'm not done yet...
