Had remote start installed on 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan. Appointment time was honored, no delays. Install took a while, I would think too long, but it was within the amount of time they quoted me, so I was prepaired. Technicians took time to make sure I knew how everything worked before I took my vehicle. There were no signs of work done in the vehicle. Very Pro Install. Thanks Geek Squad

This system provides all the features needed and it is the perfect addition to my Ram 3500. After an extensive search to find the right system, this one was chosen due to the features it offered, the product reviews from prior customers and the best price available. After the installation it has exceeded all expectations and continues to be the best choice possible.

We purchased an auto start for our vehicle and had it installed by Best Buy - the next day there was a problem - we called and they brought us right back in to address and correct the issue - 3 months later there was another issue - again, brought us right back in and corrected - Management and technicians were very accommodating and thorough and patient with us as well.

Got a remote start as a gift with installation. Tech was very informative as well as being honest. The bay was a little bit backed up and told me it would be a little bit longer then I was told before. was informed of the features of the remote start. was told about the warranty. was told how to use it. all in all a great experience and the price wasn't bad either.

The guy that installed this was available to explain things when the item was purchased then installed it on our schedule date. He called ahead to say we could come early and waked us through the process. He made the experience personalized and we are enjoying a warm car as the temps plummet.

We were very impressed with the service we received. When we arrived for our appointed time, the vehicle was taken right in. We were told how long it would take and went shopping. Our vehicle was ready when stated. Our serviceman was great going over everything we needed to know concerning the remote starter and making sure we knew how to use it. The install for the remote starter went smoothly, and was right at the estimated time. Apparently it needed some model-specific items, and they DO charge extra if there's an old system to remove, apparently. Setting up the appointment was easy, a link was sent to my email to do just that.

This is exactly what it claims to be. We live in Minnesota and it has not any issues with the cold overnight reaching well below zero degrees. Highly recommend a 2-way remote so you know the car got the signal. Haven't had any issues with signal range but haven't done any particularly far range tests.

Jake the installer was very helpful. He answered my questions before the install and helped me pick the best remote starter. He called me when he had a cancellation and I was able to get the install done before my actual date. He was very friendly and polite. I also got a keyless entry installed at he same Best Buy and Jake did a good job with that also.

The installation process of my remote start was painless, simply dropped the car off and 3 hours later the car was done, car was in the same exact condition as when I dropped it off, the geek squad tech demoed the remote start for me and made sure I understood everything before I left. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend!

Put a remote start in my brand-new Jeep renegade went through my options with the installer and he gave me one that use my factory remote which made me very happy in addition I have the option to upgrade to also be able to use my cell phone at a later time if I choose this is the first time I've had anything installed at Best Buy and I am very very pleased

Install from Best Buy has been hit or miss. The install for this security system was a hit. I had a weird model of the Dodge Dart that had different power locks than 90% of their models so they had to order a special part. They took care of it, got it installed and working without an issue.

The geek squad auto department was awesome! Dropped my car off, discussed a few details about my purchase and left my car for the day. Everything was installed and works great! I can believe I hadn't purchased remote start sooner. All the panels were reinstalled perfectly and the car looked like it hadn't been touched on the interior. Well done.

I purchased a remote start and installation package. I purchased the two way remote upgrade when I went in for the installation to extend distance. Everything went smoothly and the install was completed within time frame given. The auto techs were very knowledgeable and kind as I had many questions since this is the my remote start. Very happy.

I had a good experience with the install of my car starter it took a bit longer then I was told it would at the beginning but worth the weight it works great no problems yet works great for the really cold days and the remote start let's you no it worked by sending a message back to your key

l purchased this remote car stater for my wife for a Christmas gift I had to wait a few weeks to get it installed but after got it done my wife hasn't stop smiling especially when she shows her friends & family who were always telling her that she needed to get a remote stater.

I am so happy that i made this purchase. My winter drives are going to be more bearable now. The geek squad installation was great. The technician explained everything well and finished my installation within the expected time. I wish the range for the remote start was bit longer.

I love this thing. I get to hop into a warm car and I don't even need to brush the snow off my car sometimes because everything has already melted. Super, i mean super easy to use! No issues since I had this installed. Install was super fast and they explained everything! I will talk my family and friends in getting one as its the best $200 you can spend.

The starter works great. I don't have to be close to the car and I can use my original car remote to start it as well. The installation guy, Kevin, is really good at what he does. He does not just take what you bought & install it, he makes sure it's what you need. I wish there were more people, who deal with the public, like you. Thanks

I purchased this starter because it was a great deal with installation. Had it installed in my 2009 Honda Accord, I can start car from inside my building. Only thing I was charged additional $20 was a relay and some materials to install. I bought the starter for $270 + $20, pretty happy with the price. Definitely will recommend to friends.
