The Geek squad saved me almost $200 dollars on the "Remote Starter" I purchased for my new F150. They told me I did not need the Viper set up, & all I needed was the module. Plus I saved an hour of installation charges. They also told me I would not have 2 key fobs, I can do the remote start with my factory key. So THUMBS UP TO GEEK SQUAD" !!

I am satisfied with the installation. Only thing is I thought I was getting a 1000 ft starter.Its only 800. As I said the installation was done well. More so I park in a parking lot 1\4 mile each way. It doesn't reach until I walk out of my building where I work. Thanks

Installation was included when I purchased a remote stater, the technicians were very friendly and explained in detail what they did and gave me tips on using the starter. It took about 3 hours to complete the installation, but they made sure all wires were properly routed and all panels removed were put back together properly.

Having the GS install products is always a great idea as they know what they are doing. This came as a package deal with an autostart for my vehicle and the team at my store does an excellent job. Great customer service provided and no funny games with costs after the install.

Vehicle was a fit, but they had to try and install analog wise due to communication with vehicle computer not being compatible, trying to install analog uncovered other issues, so had to return product. Waited 5 hours of install time to find out couldn't get it installed.

The technician did his best but the first system I bought was DOA and the one I had to pay extra to get will not honk the horn when locking the doors or for panic mode which make the panic mode pretty useless. Also all four doors unlock at the same time.

The starter works as described. I have experienced a problem with after it is started, that the "auto" headlights are affected so that they don't not come on. I can only switch the lights on manually. The install on this item takes about 4 hours.

Had a remote start system installed for my wife. The crew was very knowledgeable and helpful prior to my purchase, flawless during scheduling and dropoff, left a very clean installation and made sure my wife understood how to use the unit before she left. If I had it to do all over again I would do it exactly the same way.

Install date was not available until end of December so ruined my surprise of having it ready for my GF Christmas gift. Will amend my review after installation to see how remote performs, and what kind of service I receive from Best Buy install.

The Remote Start is great! The only thing better than my warm car was the service by the Geek Squad installation guy - he was really helpful, had great customer service, made sure I understood the benefits and differences of the different remote starters available, etc. His work was done well and done quickly.

All is good with this product,no problems so far.The wife thought the horn may sound when securing vehicle but it does not,just parking lights flash.It came with a switch to be mounted under the hood in case of theft but the tech at best buy did not hook up,have no idea why,the part came with the system

Overall I'm happy with the work done. However, my factory key fobs won't respond when trying to lock or unlock within a few seconds. This probably is a problem only with my vehicle. However I'm not sure. Mine is a 2017 Hyundai Santa FE AWD Ultimate.

Bought this for my husband Father's Day gift. We went And had it installed and no problems thus far. The start up range isn't the greatest but it's nice to be able to start truck (Ram 1500) and it be nice and cool by the time we get in it. :)

The crew at Apple Valley Best Buy installed a great product in a very efficient timeframe. Each vehicle was ready in less than two hours with no issues to date. The team also gave me a tutorial on how the remote start system operates while answering questions in a correct, professional mannnrt.

the only problem I have is it comes with only one remote control , I have owned auto security systems sense the seventy and it always came with two remotes, for the price it should have been two of them ,so because of that I gave it four stars

Simple auto start bought at a great deal (Pre Black Friday sale). There was no way I was paying more than $300 for auto start...I paid a total of $253 after tax and Best Buy install!! In fact, I told my boyfriend and he bought one too!

My experiences with the install dept. at Best Buy has always been top-notch. They are quick and efficient and actually take pride in the job they do on your vehicle. They are always excited to show you all of the cool new things that your upgraded system will now do. Love 'em!

The guys who handled the installation of my remote starter system did an excellent job and their customer service was second to none. There is a Best Buy closer to my house but I would definitely use these guys instead.

Had remote starter installed, and was told it would take 3.5 to 4 hrs (they were pretty busy). After waiting more than 5 hours, it was finally finished. Unfortunately, it does not seem to work as was really designed as the engine turns off as soon as the door is opened. Next, you have to wait a minimum of 5 seconds to restart the car, else it will start, flash an indicator to check the remote key (pushbutton start) then turn back off. This is a 2013 Acura RDX. My wife has the exact same system installed by the same Best Buy about three months earlier in her 2016 Subaru Outback and doesn't have any issues. I am a bit disappointed.

The remote start install service performed by Alex at the Tucson (Wetmore rd.) location was excellent. Alex did a great job and the final product is easily on par with what one would expect from OEM. Definitely recommend and remote start in Tucson is a worthwhile investment!
