It works about half the time, have the exact same one in another car of mine. Only bought it again because the price was right.

Purchased on Best Buy website as part of a complete alarm package including installation. When I went to my local Best Buy to get it installed I was told “this is more of an east coast product, we don’t really install those here” Ended up returning everything. Shouldn’t sell a package if unable to provide part of the deal.

First the installer lost the manual. I called and was told too bad and print it from on-line. Really, Thanks Best Buy Second, it worked the first day, kind of. With no manual not sure if it worked right or not. Now lest then a week it's not working at all. Nice install Best Buy. Hoping you stand up and fix the problem

I have never ordered a part, for installation, and had to pick it up, take it home and bring it back for installation. I was called at 7pm two days before installation and told the unit I was having installed wouldn't work on my car. (this item was selected after inputting auto info on BB web site) They had one that would work on sale at the same price but I would have to pick it up that to get the sale price.

I had a remote starter installed in my highlander. I was all excited to have a nice warm car for the winter-unfortunately this worked only half the time. I was able to use it literally half a dozen times when it finally shut my down. Nothing I could do could get the car started all day, until my husband came home with a spare key and then seemed to do the trick. I think I'm going to have it removed.

After purchase, I was told by geek squad, I had to wait for a month to get remote start installed. still waiting!

Great product but not usable for my car. Was not able to be installed on a Honda CR-z but was told it would work.

Great range and awesome system couldn't complain. although there are more specific models for certain vehicle types this does the job on regular vehicles

To start with it took two trips to get it installed a third trip because the trunk would open by it self now a fourth trip to Best Buy because trunk still open with no around the car tech said that they will replace the brains of the unit. Not very impressed with remote unit or techs

Set my appointment for installation from what I assume is corporate call center. Choose time and location but the store had me down for a different time. Pushed it out to next day. Took longer than it should have, seemed to have troubles. Basic remote start sold at store. If my boyfriend wasn’t there at the end we probably won’t have the radio working.

Great gift for Christmas and great quality is always the only way to go.

Just had it installed yesterday and it works great. The tech was friendly and explained how to operate it.

I ordered a remote car starter kit online with installation included. I tried to schedule the install online but was unable to. I then called the store and it took them 5 days to figure out that they don't have a qualified tech to do the install. I have had problems with the store in the past. They have communication problems and the manager is not helpful.

The car starter works great and the Geek Squad did a wonderful job , installing the product, in a timely manner that complimented my schedule.

Got assisted right away and they took less than 3 hours to complete the task. Showed me how to use it and simple as it sounds. Great service.

i bought this remote starter on special for 299 with store pick-up. i decided to buy another remote starter from best buy. my hardware was refunded but the installation was not refunded???? now i can't get a refund online and the phone line has a 15 minute wait to talk to someone. Will think twice before buying from Best Buy and Geek squad. too much hassle...

The guy that installed it was wonderful. I'm an idiot when it comes to things like this. He took his time to answer all my crazy questions.

Picked up after hours, no one there to explain remote starter, but still signed off he did
