After I waited 6 hours to get this installed I was told that the remote dies not work.

Still haven't got it installed due to huge backlogs at the stores in 25 mile radius. Waiting 2 & 1/2 months for a Christmas gift is disappointing. Winter will be over before this is installed, what if it is broken and we never know because the box hasn't even been opened but be past warranty deadlines? Very frustrated.

I gave a one star rating because I have yet to get it installed. I am currently considering returning product for a refund and purchasing elsewhere. Shop in my area are not able to install it .

Was not able to get an install. Bought off of deal of the day and could never get an appointment to get an install. When I found another best buy about an hour away from my closest locations it was a potentially two month wait and additional costs not described. Hundreds not just a couple of bucks either.

I liked both the alarm itself and the geek squad personnel that installed it.

I too my mini van to have a remote starter by the geeksquad, they did a great job, and were very proffesional.

Been wanting to get a remote starter for some time now. Glad I bought this one. The 2 way remote is great.

Best buy is unable to install the remote starter I purchased for my Avalon at Christmas until late February. Very disappointed in the long waiting period for something I had planned to use during these cold winter months.

Horrible service. Had them install a remote start in a toyota sienna. 1st the headlights wouldn't turn off because it was wired wrong. Now the locks keep unlocking and locking while the car is on or off. Prevents the trunk and doors from latching.

the geek squad instaler is good and fast, and they are so helpfull

I will definitely never do business with Best Buy online or in store again. Total fiasco and horrible follow through from staff!

I ordered a product over a month ago online along with geek squad and still have a few weeks to wait before install. None of the stores had available appointments. I will check the appointment schedules first next time.
