The remote starter works exactly as promised. It took the geek squad technician about three hours to install it, however, this is exactly how long he said it would take. He was very polite and he showed me exactly how everything worked.

I know some people can work on cars but I am not one of them. They took about three hours to install a security system that was replacing one. They called me when they had an earlier opening and let me know about 30 minutes before they were done.

I went to the Best Buy geek squad in Bourbonnais, IL and I was SO happy with my service. It was quick, the customer service was exceptional, and the installation is amazing. VERY happy with the service and have recommended it to many people already!

Easy to use, hold down button for 2.5 sec remote beeps and turns green to let you know signal was sent then beeps and lights up when car is started. Have not had any trouble, works great.

This product is great. This is the first time I have had one installed in a vehicle. It helps save some wear and tear on the vehicle by letting my car warm up before I leave while its cold out.

The installation went great. The techs working on my install were extremely friendly. Having auto start in my truck is a huge time saver for me, not having to wait for the truck to warm up, while sitting in it. Thanks guys! Highly recommended!

The Geek Squad install techs are very quick and knowledgeable. We used them to install a remote start in our 2008 Ford Fusion. They knew exactly what specific parts were needed, had them in stock, and got the install done quicker than expected.

Very good service the only problem is the near future appointments are very hard to get. Got my Subaru forester a remote. The dealer was asking $600+ and got this done from Best Buy in $260.

I purchased a remote start system that included Geek Squad installation so the value was great and I did not have to do it myself. It took them about 3 hours to install but everything looks great with no wires hanging or anything.

I installed two remote start. They were helpful and supportive. I have to wait for the product review but the service was excellent. I need to install backup camera as they said they will call to install and I am still waiting for that.

i seen this remote start on line and bought it it took less time than they said it would take and also when i had a problem with the remote i took it up there and they showed me what to do next time if it would happen again

Purchased a remote start/install package through the daily deal. Set up an appointment several weeks in advance because of a high demand in installs in my area. Dropped the car off (had to go to a different city because the BB in my area could only schedule an apt well over a month in advance) and waited for the 3-4 hours they stated before I left. Around the 4 hour mark, I received a call saying there was a delay and it would be at least another 1.5 hours to complete the job. This was very frustrating but I understand stuff happens.

I was looking for an inexpensive remote start system. This one is great. I am able to start my car from my desk at my office. It is nice to have the seats heated when I get to my car. It is no frills, but gets the job done.

Everything works as expected. The only problem is it was difficult to book an installation appointment, the local store would not book any updates for 6 weeks ahead due to work load.

Great Alarm & Remote Starter - Great Service Too! The Geek Squad folks are great. I highly recommend speaking to them before you buy your system. They do a great job on the install, but they offer great advice too.
