This remote start was sold out and on back order but they shipped it straight from the company to Best Buy. The customer service was very friendly and knowledgeable and it only took a short wait for them to install it.

I like how simple Best Buy makes it to purchase the remote starter and have it easily installed by their staff. Bought one previously and daughter has enjoyed the remote starter immensely! No issues with installation or product.

I went to the Vernon Hills location to get two different remote start installations on different cars and both ended up with no issues. They were great at answering all my questions. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Installation took a bit longer due to some wiring issues but the Technician kept us informed the entire time and finished the work well before the stated completion time. I would recommend Geek Squad for future work.

Gabriel & team at the Geek Squad mobile electronics installation bay are top notch! I had purchased a Viper remote start that came with the Geek Squad installation for my wife's Honda Odyssey. After attempting the install Gabe explained that he could not perform the install. He had thoroughly researched the problem but there were some security protocols that would not allow the remote start to work. I also work in the automotive industry and understood what he said wasn't BS. He offered to put me on a list to have it re-installed once a work around was released by Honda or Viper and I asked him if he would just install it on my F150 and he gladly setup the appointment. When I dropped the vehicle off for the install the technician working couldn't find the appointment setup for that date, it was set for the following week, but Gabe worked me in regardless and was done with the install within the promised time frame. Gabe & the rest of the team are a Class Act! All this and a lifetime warranty on the installation! WHAT A DEAL!

No real issue aside from we were told two hours of install time, but it take almost three instead. Make sure you go over details with BB before making an appointment.

Neal did a very nice job on the installation. He explained how it worked once the job was finished (which by the way was done within the time estimated). Would recommend Best Buy for anyone who needs a remote starter installed.

Installation took a very long time but was finally completed successfully. I don't know if the issue was with the installer or the remote start installation instructions.

Despite the fact this is 1-way remote, but works fine and performs the task. Product is good however it took quite long to get geek squad installation appointment. There service was good once went for installation.

I got on black Friday and it really was a good deal but my grandson has a manual trans and it was auto only and best buy only installs auto trans had to bring it back

Tech was excellent explaining the instruction. Installation took a little longer than expected. It was a neat and professional installation. Chairs inside the store was comfortable, that made the wait okay.

Great installation provided by the people at Maple Grove Bestbuy. Installation was quick and they explained all the features of our new remote start system.

Very good product at great price (I got a deal). Scheduled appointment with geek squad and installed after three weeks. However it does work sometimes, and sometimes it does not. Still trying to figure out why.

The printer was easy to set up on all of my devices the print quality is excellent should’ve purchased a laser printer long time ago. I’ve only owned the printer for a short period but no complaints as of yet

The product works as advertised but is inconsistent with the remote start which may be me because it’s so new? Also the horn beep upon locking is very, VERY faint.

These guys Brian and (I think Bill) Gregory III are awesome. They were very patient and knowledgeable. I will recommend them again and again. Great job guys, you’re both wonderful. God bless you both amen

The Geek Squad team had a few problems with getting the item installed and running perfectly, but they were also very helpful, and got it running quickly.

When I called to schedule the install, the gentleman was very informative. Got an appointment within 2 weeks. He told me to expect about 2.5 hours for the install and it was done in less than 1.5 hours.

Ordered product early December and had to wait until late December for install. But use the car starter everyday, would have loved it when it was ice cold mid December.
