Best buy installed the system, they did great job . Online package deal better than store. No more cold morning

Had some scheduling difficulties and took a great deal longer than anticipated. But the tech went above and beyond to make sure i was completely satisfied when all was said and done.

The product and service were great. They helped me out so much and I had to go back because something wasn't working correctly at first but they fixed it fast and were so friendly.

This remote start works great on my 2004 Subaru Outback with automatic transmission. My only complaint is the very small buttons on the side of the remote for the remote start other than that I would give it 5 stars. Great service and installation as well!

Worked well for two weeks now I have an error message on fob and scheduled to return to Geek Squad for repair. If they can fix it and it stays working ok it is very nice but will have to wait and see.

We ended up waiting over 2 hours for the appointment. We wanted some of the accessories set up but we were not given the option to do so.

No fault of Best Buy but the technician called to tell me it wouldn't work on a 2015 car without disabling some of my dash features.

I dropped my car off at my scheduled time and the technician discussed all aspects of the install with me before he did anything. My scheduled wait time to pick my car up was 6.5 hours. The technician called me in 3 hours and said my car was finished. When I went to pick my car up, the technician explained how to work the system I had installed ... in detail. The install was done very neatly and properly. The technician told me to have a great day and was very courteous throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Geek Squad install services to anyone who needs anything installed in their automobile.
