This garbage thing cost me 50 dollars, gives me 2 phone charges, and takes 20 hours straight to charge from the wall . I might as well as plug my phone in an outlet and charge it, which would be way faster. I do not recommend at all.

So light weight & easy to use. Water resistant is a must when using outdoors.

This battery is so simple to use and is a must for price and affordability.

I live as a nomad and was hoping to use this product to charge my cell phone. I purchased two to have extra back up. Since it uses the sun to charge, I placed both in the direct sun. It did not charge whatsoever! I read the instructions and then tried to call Renogy to get additional instructions as both solar panels did not charge. I went on line to my Nomad group asking for help. I was told to try charging it by plugging it in! I live off the grid. I do not have electricity anywhere! The product was returned to the store and I was given a full refund.

Left it out doors direct sun light did not charge one cell. Makes a nice hot box if that’s what you want.

Both my purchases were less than usual quality best buy products. I had to return both items because they didn't function properly and lost points.

Nice idea, but after 3 days of Florida sunshine, it didn’t charge at all. Returned the unit.

I bought this and it worked one time and never worked right again I even just tried to use it as a secondary power bank without the solar and that didn’t even hold a charge straight trash

Placed charger in the sun 3 days and it did not charge the battery. I did charge with the cord but that defeats the purpose of having the solar charge capability. I will be returning this item.

Sat in direct sunlight for 5 days. Charged 1 %. Solar doesn’t charge!

I have used quite few portable chargers before, but none of them really had enough juice to fully charge any device more than once or twice, before needing to be recharged itself. But this one holds enough juice to charge devices several times, and is even powerful enough to charge my iPad Air. I have been so pleased with this charger and its price.

When it arrived, I thought this was going to be the greatest thing since the electric toothbrush. Then, the first one would not charge in sunlight or charge from AC. Returned 1st one for replacement. The second one was the same thing, would not charge, period. Do I really want to try for a third disappointment and waste of my time? I am very curious to know how 2 of these things that don't work can be sent out to the same person. They are either a total scam, or the QC department did not do their job properly to inspect them.

This solar power bank takes 20+ hours to fully charge both in sunlight or direct wall charge. (Yes you heard that right) Not very practical in real life settings. Avoid buying this and wait for the solar tech to improve in the next 5 years.
