I received an "USED" item when ordered on online. So I paid full price on that day for an "OPEN BOX" item. Never expected from bestbuy.

It's a set it and forget it kind of thing, make sure its in an area with all light and no shade, it'll charge everything you plug into it, it even has a usb3 plugin... I wouldn't use said device while its being charged, it'll take a good while to charge, a couple hours minimum, so great for trips, or as a secondary charging option, or emergency situation where you have no other way to keep a charge to devices

I'm one of those people who always prepares ahead for anything and everything. Did I really need this? No. But for road trip and camping purposes, I felt it was good to have around. You just never know. It's better to be safe, than sorry, they always say. These solar panels were able to charge my Samsung Galaxy Note 10, Apple iPad (5th generation) and iPhone 11, all within a reasonable time, and at once. I like the fact that it's lightweight for its size and folds so it's easy to pack and store and carry. I will be sure to bring this on all my hiking trips, as well.

I really wanted this to work and tested multiple devices for days. I tested two different iphones and a powerbank. I quickly found out that I couldn’t get it to charge in any shade, and that it would stop charging if the smallest cloud came between it and sunlight. In direct sunlight it starts charging with no trouble, but whenever I’d check in on it after some time, I’d find that it was no longer charging & hadn’t been for a while. This was in direct sunlight (very sunny Texas day, not a cloud in the sky) with nothing to move it or interfere. Again, I really wanted it to work out as it’s a great idea and very easy to use, but I’m super bummed that it didn’t.

Worked great on my last camping trip. I stuck it in my campervan front window since it was in the sun. I left hiking and when i returned it had charged my larger battery bank and my goal zero flashlight. It did only charge half my battery bank when it was cloudy, but - some power was a lot more than what i expected for a cloudy day.

So far so good... It's been a month since I've had these panels, even purchased a second one... The 30 watts are great for keeping my phone & external battery (Anker 20,000mah) charged (I use 1 panel for each which is why I brought two) I'm a new vanlifer, so this power is ESSENTIAL . I'm happy with my small beginners flexible 60 watt solar system.... Currently researching the options for my larger system to power my Iceco 12volt refrigerator & 1 or 2 more things . My larger system I may not go with renogy, considering Zamp

Works best in direct sun. Struggles in partial sun. Does not store up power for later use. Just another charge option at the campsite.

I go hiking and sometime find myself with a low charge on my phone or airpods. This comes in really handy when I want to charge a device and I don't need to worry about charging this portable panel before leaving the house since it's solar powered. It's not the fastest recharge, but it's acceptable for the price and convenience.

Good for the money. Using it as a back up when the power goes out. Charges slower than expected in direct sun. Like the multiple USB ports to charge multiple items at the same time.

Works well in full sun but is very intermittent when it’s lightly cloudy but it’s nothing unexpected due to the size of the panel. Overall a great backpacking and survival charger

This thing is great. I charged two cell phones while just sitting outside and I was able to keep them both under the panel so the phones would not overheat in the shade. I ended up purchasing a second one as a gift.
