Mind you, this flashlight is designed to be rechargeable. I charged it up according to the directions. I tried all the features and they work great. So I put it on the shelf and it sat there for about 2 weeks. When I go to test it again, it was dead! Nothing. Nada! You would expect that a $29.99 flashlight would be able to keep a charge for at least 1 month or longer when not in use. Not this one. If I knew about this problem I wouldn't have bought it. Now it has to be monitored every few days to be sure there's a charge in it. What good is that when it's a flashlight you'd normally keep in the glove box? I'm going back to a battery powered flashlight. At least it will keep a charge longer than 2 weeks and turn on when you need it.

Please expect long wait times as we also are migrating to a new phone system. However, we should be able to store the E.LUMEN 500 Multi-functional Flashlight in a Cool/Dry between 80f and 60f taken out once every 6-8 months to recharge as long as it's in full charge before storing. Provided that this item has a 1-year limited warranty we are more than willing to check what options we can provide to resolve this concern.

I may reorder later but I needed iPods for my phone instead at this time. I did love the features cut the seat belt, break the window, 3 different flashes, this was a great safety flashlight

The magnet attachment in our E.LUMEN 500 Multi-functional Flashlight won't be able to support the weight of the equipment if we are trying to use it upside down. Since it's a heavy flashlight but it's more along the lines to keep it in place on a flat metal surface if it is slightly angled or horizontal. I hope this answers your feedback.

I have bought four of these, and only two work. I bought one last September ,and it works great. So, I bought three more for my family that have vehicles. Of those three, only one works. I'm not happy.I'm guessing quality control is right out the window. I can't recommend this flashlight.

Battery doesn’t hold charge

I really wanted this for my truck and am very disappointed. If you choose to buy I would suggest testing it after letting it sit for a week and see if it still works.

Once the battery loss charge it would not charge anymore. Also Solar panel does not work and does not charge flashlight. Maybe Defective? Or maybe just cheap quality?

Real piece of junk. I had one before I ordered the 3 pack from Best Buy. The packaging on one light was smashed, magnet fell off and charging cord end smashed. It looked like a return and solar charge light did not come on.
