It takes 30 hours in sun light to fully charge from zero to full bars. I tend to leave it on my cash dash board to charge as a back up . Plug in charge is about 2-3 hours to fully charge . It is a bit pricey for 10,000 mah . B

The First time Need to charge 10% then you can finished charging solar. If you Drain the power to low need to charge with the cable at least 10%.

It took a while for it to charge my phone but it charged it all the way. I got it on sale and it was well worth the money.

Each time a red light illuminates, which I assume indicates that it's in some sort of error state, but this red indicator light is not mentioned in the included sparse documentation. I've sent 3 emails to their listed customer response address, with only a "we'll get back to you" respose, otherwise nothing. I've decided to return the unit and look for another more reliable brand, with better post-sale support. Fortunately Best Buy is making the return quick and easy.
